You can buy that at just about any craft fair.   However,   I think you might be particular,   so:

What type of wood do you want? 
How thick do you want the wood to be? 
Do you want the wood stained? If so light or dark stain? 
Do you want the lettering to be vinyl,  or painted on? 
Do you want the piece to be finished with shellac,  polyurethane? 
Do you want hangers on the back? 
Define 'big'  are we looking at inches or feet? 

Keep in mind,   anything outside the 'norm' is considered custom,  and you will pay big bucks for that custom.

Etching glass is super easy to do.  If they won't do it for you,   you just need to go to hobby lobby (actually,  I think dollar tree even sells it in the craft section), any way,  there's a chemical that you can buy,  that etches glass.  And if you search Google,  there's an 'instructables ' that gives you step by step instructions with pictures. 

Look at me being all Mary Poppins like.  

Fuck it, grab a sharpie and write fuck trump on a white t shirt.   Problem solved  hah hah

I just loaded up Mrs. Biggies glazes, clay, and wheel. We had a local fair anf they had some wheels and clay, she killed the bowl and they were so amazed. My wife is so talented!
