RA in court again.
Quick appearance to decide change of venue.
Court decided the case will stay in Carrol County to make it easier on victims families to attend. They will bus in jurors from another county. Prosecution and Defense need to agree on that county within a short time period. Bail denied.

He will be back in court soon to decide some additional motions.

Person yelling at him is a YT’er with a podcast trying to be part of news.

The trial of Richard Allen is underway and there are two major takeaways so far:

1) There is no DNA evidence connecting Allen to the Victims.

2) Kelsi German's hair was found in Abby's right hand.

Another fun fact is that the Patti family still haven't been cleared as suspects, which may be the only thing that law enforcement has gotten right so far.

For the first time we found out how they were murdered, their throats had been cut. One of the girls hands/arms were covered in blood and the testimony regrading that was that she had tried to stop the bleeding and of course she couldn't, she didn't die right away tho, it took a bit of time. 

Stories like this make me a wee bit afraid of being on secluded hiking trails.

He didn't sexually assault them, although I would argue that being found naked was sexual, he had admitted previously that he got spooked by a white van. Only the killer would know that a white van was in the area as a neighbor was coming home from work and verified the time. What a creep he admitted.

He's been held in solitary. He was weak to begin with, he deteriorated quickly. His repeated confessions mean very little under the circumstances. There is no DNA connecting him to the crimes, which is a virtual impossibility if he was the perp given the advancement in DNA analysis.

Do some digging if you want to know the truth. That town is evil. I think half the people in it know what went down, Allen probably among them . A racist shithole to be sure.

God rothschild you should have followed the trial more closely. I listened to legal experts that were in the courtroom. They had people sitting for them and reserving a place so they could attend the court everyday. It might be racist, it might be a shithole, but the dude killed those little girls not some obscure cult. He owned it, which was a step forward, but then his wife was going to dump him and he couldn't handle it. That's why he walked it back. It's not hard to decipher the behaviour.

What they were trying to project onto the psychiatric health professionals and the medication he was receiving is just not possible. That does not happen with the meds he was receiving for his behaviour and it was behaviour, not psychosis. He did it, he did it, he did it.

I am sure you don't want to be hoodwinked by a sicko like that. The girls recorded themselves saying that they were being followed by one man. Not odinists.
