Appealing to authority is a logical fallacy. "Experts" are fallible and have biases just like everyone else does. If you think there's incontrovertible proof that Allen is the murderer then provide a link so we can see it. The "experts" I've followed covered a great deal that wasn't presented at trial. If Allen was in some way involved in the murder, he did not act alone.

You feel the very same way about the guy who slaughtered those college kids out in Idaho.

That's because the probability that he did slaughter those students is very low. There are many inconsistencies in the official narrative, which is why the case hasn't gone to trial.

Yeh rothschild, but what if they both did do the murders, or even one, and you are defending murderers? That's where I am coming from. We don't want to see another OJ situation. Especially these young people that had their whole lives. It's so tragic.

Criminal justice is as corrupt as politics. There's tremendous pressure to dispose of cases quickly because the system has a massive backlog, which is where plea bargaining comes in. Thorough investigation is the exception, not the rule. A prosecutor's career goes nowhere if they don't get convictions without expending large amounts of resources. Poor people are the grist in a mill that has very little to do with justice, but it's a crapshoot for all average people who are innocent, because you're not actually presumed to be innocent unless proven guilty; you're guilty unless you prove your innocence -- unless you happen to be one of the special people who're well-connected and can afford competent legal council, like John and Patsy Ramsey, or Kate and Gerry McCann, who hooked up with a PR firm instead of helping to search for Madeline.
Something else to consider is that if a person is convicted of a crime they did not commit, not only has a life needlessly been destroyed, the guilty person remains at large.

I follow True Crime Rocket Science on YouTube. I have been listening to the evidence regarding the Ramseys and the McCanns, there are similarities in their guilty behaviour. That father of JonBenet is a sly dog. It's interesting to hear how they avoided scrutiny.

I've seen a few of his videos. What's his take on the Richard Allen conviction?

YES me too. He thinks the parents killed JonBenet Ramsey and I have been watching his series on that. Analyzing and scrutinizing the evidence. That father is a weird slippery character. ewwwww

I thought the brother did it and the parents covered it up.

nah, Daddy has a history of adultery. He controlled all of that. He did it. The cop looked at him when he was behaving odd and he knew she knew he did it. He got out of dodge real quick and then began the games. The kid knows what happened, but nah he didn't do it. She had historical sexual activity and trauma in the vaginal wall.

The father may well have sexually abused her but that doesn't seem like a plausible motive to murder her. I think Mark is right.

No, I think that was accidental. It looks like the flashlight was the murder weapon. Neighbors heard a child's scream at midnight. The grand jury wanted to indict them. It never happened.

What is your hypothesis, she was murdered during molestation by the father?
