TEHRAN, Iran ⿿ An adviser to Iran's president on Sunday demanded an apology from a team of visiting Hollywood actors and movie industry officials, including Annette Bening, saying films such as "300" and "The Wrestler" were "insulting" to Iranians.

I mean seriously.... there are 'bad guys' in nearly EVERY movie ever made. Can you imagine? Where would the apologies END?? lol

Who gives a flying fuck what the rag heads think. I would think they would have much more pressing issues to worry about, like, when were gonna come and kick their asses into the next life. If that has to happen, then hopefully there will be a reason to kick their asses, unlike Iraq.

I have to admit that I am a little confused. How in the world is The Wrestler offensive to Iran? Because the Iron Sheik is in it? Because a character in the film waves an Iranian flag before Mickey Rourke's character snaps it and kicks his ass. This type of jingoistic national PLAY fighting has existed in wrestling for decades.
Must have been a slow week in the middle east and not enough car bombs went off killing innocent children. Fucking savages.
