So, I checked out the news.  Massive wildfires going down north and south of me............again.  And, the Santa Ana winds mean they will likely be going for some time.  :(

My house smells like I lit a campire in here.

Wow, that's not good!!! The house is going to be hard to sell if you can't get rid of that smell!

It'll clear out and people looking to buy in San Francisco are likely already aware that it's unavoidable.

This is the worst I can remember though.  The smoke smell usually doesn't affect me physically, but both my niece and I have sore throats today.

Anyway, I'm more concerned about the hundreds of thousands of people who are directly impacted.  2,000 structures have already been destroyed and five fatalities were just reported.  :(

Oh man, me too!

That must have been scary, HotD, in the moments before you discovered it wasn't your home burning.

It was kind of scary because it smelled like it was coming from upstairs where my niece sleeps.

Big relief to see her safely crashed out with her gaming remote on her chest, same as usual. Smiley_emoticons_smile

Her cats were acting like they knew something was up though.

Glad he got out and hope he doesn't lose his home Biggie.

I hope your home isn't in a risk area.

Be safe.

Mmmm, caramel Christmas M & M's. Not as great as black jelly beans but they sure rank up there.

It's about my football game on Sunday. Last year my team knocked out MS' team in the playoffs, this year he has the opportunity to do it to me (before I'm about to arrive at the playoffs) and my feeling is one of apprehension. "worried look*
