They did a good job taking aim at the latest Democratic debate this week; made me smile a few times.



Kate McKinnon was really good as Hillary Clinton. I think she's even better as Elizabeth Warren though.

trump often takes credit for President Obama's work. One of the lies he frequently pushes at his hate rallies is that he signed the veteran's health care bill into law. He did not. President Obama signed it back in 2014.

Every president has signed some sort of veteran health care bill.    Bill Clinton signed one in 1998, Bush in 2008, Obama in 2014 (touted by most veterans I know as 'the bandaid act' cause it didn't really fix anything)  and trump signed the 'mission act' in 2019, which supposedly makes it easier for veterans to get healthcare closer to home.    

Whoever comes next is going to sign something else,  on the pretense of fixing things.

This was a specific Bill though, the Veterans Choice Bill and after taking credit for it he goes on to say people have tried to get it passed for 44 years and he's the only one who has been able to do it.
