That's how I've always viewed you kids. Y'all would register and when some of you went into the newbie forum to do an intro she couldn't get you out of there fast enough. Still makes me laugh. She wanted you protected, not hazed. She was proud of her sleuths and grateful you would invest your time in the crime forum.
Don't be a stranger. You have full access so you can go where you want in Mock.

Hi there! I remember you! You're one of LC's sleuths. I'm happy to see you in Mock, tlynne.
I'm so sorry about what happened in your community. I never really know what to say in these types of situations because saying sorry sounds so trite. Hi Duchess! I never knew anyone would consider me one of LC's sleuths, that actually just kind of made my day. I do miss seeing her post. Thank you for the warm welcome back! I pop in every now and then but it has definitely been a while
Thank you for your condolences. I don't think anyone really knows how to respond to something like this. There's been so many hugs these last couple weeks. So many tears. I have held onto complete strangers on the sidewalk sobbing into their shoulder. It's all very surreal. I'm not one to strike up a conversation with a stranger let alone touch them. Yesterday I was stopped at a red light and someone must have been doing some roof work or something near me, I heard this "pop pop pop" (most likely one of those air nail guns) and literally ducked down in my car. So weird how our body subconsciously responds to trauma.
I cried reading both yours and Car's posts. : (
I cannot imagine going through anything like that, so sorry and welcome back, glad you thought to come here. Sometimes it is nice to work things out like that online, with strangers.
I don't think of Mock as strangers anymore.

Actually, our regular Mock members posting are like Family strangers. Over the years we sometimes share things
with our Mock family that we have not even shared with our own real life family.
I even have some real life family members that are like strangers. Some of you may have them too.

I don't think of Mock as strangers anymore. I don't think of it as strangers either really, it's actually nice to come back after some time and see the same familiar usernames posting. I love this little anonymous, yet familiar place.
Thanks for the welcome back. Always happy to be here, even if I mostly just lurk around

Don't be a stranger. You have full access so you can go where you want in Mock. The crime forum was never quite the same after LC - miss her.
And thanks Duchess, I'll try to not be a stranger.
