I just got a box of Alaskan caught salmon. This will be my meat staple for a while. 

I need all of your favorite salmon recipes.

I usually like to grill it with some lemon and butter or oil and onion and dill.

I love leftover salmon in the morning with my eggs and some cream cheese.

I love salmon on top of a salad.

I actually did salmon in the frying pan the other night. I had never cooked it like that and it was actually okay. I also cook it in my oven, usually on broil.

I like to eat Asparugus with salmon, but it isn't quite asperagus season yet.

I'm cooking some in a few days. I like Hollandaise sauce on it. Maybe with a side of asparagus. Some white wine is good but not necessary. The question is skin on or off. I don't care and put the skin down on the broiler. It only takes a few min. to cook.

The skin is on.

Not gifted Mark, purchased. (discounted) They had to close the store a few towns over, so decided to do deliveries. I've had their salmon before so I bit!
