What gets me is the blue states that were already in the red before all this covid crap were the most stringent with the quarantining and locking down their states. It's as if they knew they would get bailed out in the end just so they could go right back to spending money like a drunk teenager. The crazy things they think are important are only important to them and whoever agrees with them. 

The public is subsidizing the Government in their states.
