In the Summer they forage at night and hunker down during the day. In the Winter they do a 180 and forage during the day and hunker down at night.
They conserve energy that way.

They are extremely intuitive. They can feel me watching them, I can tell by how they act. They can't see me, but they know they are being watched. It's sweet & amusing to see the little ones stomp.
