Garland's son-in-law is peddling CRT materials to state education officials, school districts, etc, so for Garland to criminalize opposition to CRT is a conflict of interest that I think is in itself criminal conduct. McAuliffe was deeply involved in this, as is the media with it's incessant claims that CRT doesn't exist in the schools, which is a lie.

This is a blessing in disguise because it's galvanized opposition to CRT sufficiently that people in communities are talking about this among themselves, and it's helping to build a grassroots movement at a time when we desperately need one -- in many different states. So far about 20 state school board associations have quit the NSBA, which has been forced to back down from it's disgusting allegations against parents, and is disintegrating, all because of grassroots pressure that is largely a result of Garland deciding to criminalize dissent.
