I read they have been working on it for months. I first read it to only be Evan and minutes passed, at that time Paul Whelan was added to the release and moments later I read about Kara-Murza being released as well and I just couldn't believe it. I checked numerous accounts until I was assured it was really true. I thought Kara-Murza would be murdered like Nalvany was. His release has surprised me the most.
