I feel like we should have a "missing" thread for when we/I don't feel like starting a new one.

A fire deputy has been missing in Washington state. He was going on a hunting trip, his son was going to meet up with him. His truck was found, but he has not been found.
His name is Jay Schreckengost.

I am glad I haven't seen this one politicized. They are using a lot of resources to find this guy, including military. It has been 2 weeks and it has already started snowing. Does not look good.

There was a lady who went missing last Thursday. She was on her way back from a trip and got lost. Her daughter started posting flyers everywhere on line and working really hard to find out where she could have gone. Her mom's cell phone pinged in some areas where she wasn't originally heading.
Turns our her mom slid off the side of the road on one of the mountain passes. A snow plow driver saw the tracks leading off the road and found her. Her car was hanging and it took quite a bit to rescue her.
Last I heard she is in the hospital, she had some broken bones and was in her car for 2-3 days. : (
I hate that pass!
