I eat whatever I'm in the mood for all year long, but I was trying to think of a fruit or vegetable that you can only find in summer. I think it's apricots, they're not always readily available like other produce. And I love a good apricot.

I once went to a strawberry festival down there in February I think it was, it was fantastic. I'm still about 6 weeks away from corn & fresh tomatoes. I eat so much better during the growing season.

There are certain vegetables and fruit that are way better at diffent times of year like tomatoes, cherries and watermelon, but you can still get them anytime of the year here, they just don't taste as good.

Do you ever have just a tomato sandwich with nothing else other than the bread and maybe mayonaise and pepper? It's one of my favorite sandwiches when tomatoes are in season.

I've made rhubarb juice with a bunch of sugar and add mint.
I've had rhubarb crisp and rhubarb in muffins and even rhubarb salsa.
