Rub one out and turn over.

I have only 1 job now.
One job.
It is so awesome.
I think I am done working multiple jobs. It is just too much.

Responsibility weighs a ton and it's so hard to work more than one job.

True. I've thought about getting a second job or working overtime like some of my coworkers, but then I'd have less time to enjoy the fun stuff my money buys.

I have no energy today. Got up early for the oil change, came home ate breakfast, answered some emails and then proceeded to take a nap for 4 hours. And I'm still tired.

Years ago when I had a young wife and young kids, I had 2 jobs, to meet my financial responsibilities.
I had my 8 hr engineering day job, and then ate my sandwich dinner while I was driving to my 6 hr evening job. It was grueling, but I was young and healthy. I did that for a little over a year,
I paid off my financial obligations and saved a tidy nest egg. Ahh, the ole days!

My second job was Reserve duty one weekend a month and that tired me out. I don't know how you did it, Cars.

Youth! It was crazy, but the money was exceptionally good.
The second job was a hoot. There was 16 of us, (Jobshoppers) jammed in a small room. With a company watchdog in the front of the room and another watchdog
in the back of the room. We all started at 6pm, no talking allowed, with a 15 minute break after 3 hrs, then 3 more hrs, each of us designing printed circuit boards from provided schematics. It was almost like a prison atmosphere.
Today, they use micro chips. Ahh, the good ole days. I remember them well.

I am always impressed with schedules like that. There is a guy at our work that did something similar.

Designing. It was a competitive time with industrial espionage running rampant. All 16 of us had to be in the company lobby by 5:55 pm, then the two company watchdogs would show up and one of them in the front and one in the back of the group walked us to the small room. Going to leave, they walked us out the same way. (We couldn’t be carrying anything that could hold or hide anything.
Funny how one can remember those kind of things. Guess cause it was so drastic.
