The search warrant executed on BK residence is supposed to be unsealed Mar1.

There’s a lot of buzz about language in and dealing of the search warrant on BK’s apt.

People jumping to conclusions that it means there’s an accomplice…

I don’t think it’s the case.
Instead, I think people are missing the order of events.
The apt search warrant was signed/executed before the arrest. Making it really important to keep under wraps until BK in custody to avoid him going after survivors, becoming a fugitive or even taking his own life which would have brought everything to get justice to a screeching halt and put survivors at risk.

Since the order to seal it was found by public after the arrest, they assume the search happened after and are over-interpreting and misinterpreting what it means.

There has been a search warrant for Whitman County another address relating to the crime. They are thinking there is in fact an accomplice. It is still in rumour mode.

BK back in court today and waived his right to a speedy trial.
Prelim hearing set for 6/24/2023 at 9am PST

He had little scratches on his face - apparently was confirmed it was from shaving. 
Guess those prison razors are pretty cheap. 

His attorney has filed for change of venue. Guessing that will be discussed/decided at Prelim hearing.
She has also filed a Motion for Discovery.
The Discovery document is what I’m dying to see - probably will be several weeks until a response is filed by Prosecution. And wondering if will be made available publicly and if so, how much will be redacted/ kept from public consumption.

I also see there is a queue of those lining up to defend this monster alledging the police have got the wrong man. Give me a break.

Thanks for that - a couple things new in it although most was just regurgitating known info. Although Keith is my favorite narrator - love that guy.

One new thing - apparently on Friday, ¹¹⁄₁₁ there was a huge party at the house with as many as 150 people there. I’m really surprised this hasn’t been talked about more - and I wonder the source.

I see the Judge has granted a protection order against Kohberger against the victims that survived and the families of the victims. He is not allowed to contact them or near them.

Search warrant for BK apt at WSU was unsealed.

Most of the affidavit was similar to PCA affidavit, but had added detail about ”significant amount of blood” at the scene including blood spatter which means likely had blood drops on clothing and/or shoes.

Here’s what was retrieved as evidence when search warrant was executed:

Black nitrite type glove
Walmart receipt with a Dickies tag
2 Marshall’s receipts
Dust container from vacuum
About 12 hair strands/possible hair strands
1possible animal hair strand
Computer tower
Dark red spot
2cuttings from uncashed pillow with dark red/brown stains
Mattress cover with multiple stains

My thoughts -
BK was already in PA at time search conducted. And with plenty of time to get rid of evidence.

The receipts could be him purchasing the clothing worn at the murder.

They did not find the knife.

They did not find the clothes or shoes.

Wonder what they’ll find with analysis of hair and stains - traces of victims? Hair from victims or Kaylee’s dog?

The digital evidence ( Fire stick and tower) will be so damn interesting. Wish they’d let me just do a review first.

If (as has been speculated), he is an "Incel", I'm guessing those stains are from his own body fluids.

Nope.  Not gonna go down that road and list the possible types or reasons why they're on the mattress.

Except for the fact he does a shitty job when washing linens.
