It was a 40 agent stations DMV, don’t think know if that was small. Clangster how
many Agent stations in your DMV? They had a sign posted apologizing in advance if exact appointment time not met due to some applicants having major issues
With Their paperwork forms. My paperwork was fine, and it still took 25 minutes
to get through the process.
I work in the DMV Title Bureau. We deal with customers over the phone and only about Title and title related issues. We have about 40 agent cubicles.
