What's your favorite fair food? I like the italian sausage with peppers and onions and smoked turkey leg. Just the outside of the turkey leg though because it starts getting nasty the deeper you get in.

I don't recall seeing that sort of thing at our fairs.

All the stuff that Cars said, plus we have some awesome scones here and I always liked the bbq booth that supports the young life group.

I've seen the Italian sausage and peppers at county fairs, food truck Festivals, Italian Festas etc. They are everywhere.


Smoked turkey legs now that I think about it, I've only seen at Ren Fairs. And it's been awhile since I've been to one.

Those feather bones on Turkey legs suck. Turkeys are so cheap I don't know why they don't utilize them more.
