I don't see much humanity these days. Very little compassion or empathy or just simple acts of kindness. People have become hateful and as fucking obnoxious as they can be.

I don't exactly disagree with that, but I'm as materialistic as they come, I love my things and I love the act of accumulating them, but I still have the capacity to have some compassion & empathy for others.
