Want my whole list of ailments el doctor?
I am not that kind of doctor. My wife is an MD, however. If the zoloft is not working, try paxil. Yes - get off the nicotine and caffeine. Also adjust your diet to make your body run more efficiently. Breathing exercises help, but I suggest something that is more tuned to making your body work the way you want it to - Martial Arts.

I used to teach cardio kick boxing, and took lessons in fight kick boxing. HOWEVER I'm no longer physically capable of much ANY kind of exercise.

I've tried paxil, I was suicidal. I need to try a different family altogether. I'm in the process of diet trial and error (I have IBS, and get kidney stones, and am lactose intolerant so is hard to eat 'right')

I have asthma, chronic bronchitis.I have PVNS in my hip (google it if you wanna know what it is) I have arthritis in my knees elbows and hands, I have bad vision, and scoliosis.

I also get migraines that lay me out for days at a time, and am almost always anemic from not being able to eat well.

I am a HOT MESS

You need a good MD. I would start at Johns Hopkins or Mayo.

That's right - you told me that. Sorry. You might want to talk to a Congressman or Senator.

Me too. The only thing you will find in my medicine cabinent is a bottle of aspirin and thats only for the occasional hangover. I dont smoke pot often, but I'd rather smoke a joint before taking any bullshit OTC meds or prescription narcotics. I dont even give my kids that bullshit, I think they have had to take antibiotics maybe twice, once when my son ripped his leg open and once when my daughter had an ear infection.
