The Best and Worst Of Everything in 2008
#21
Great lists so far. I'd only add that "Life" is in its second season and the first season is available on DVD. If you like the second season you will love the first. It's worth checking out as it was a bit more dark.

Best of 2008: Americans vote a Half-Negro to be the President of the United States. Now the ghetto thug tar babies of USA can no longer say that Whitey is keeping them down. Obama proved a Nig-nog can be anything they want to be if they would just get off their half-monkey asses and actually work for a living. Hopefully this is the END of entitlement and whining for slavery reparations.

Wow, that is about the most prejudice paragraph I have ever read. Are you campaigning for Grand Wizard of the KKK? "tar babies"? "nig-nog"? "monkey-asses"? All in a few short sentences. Even if you actually feel this way, you sound ignorant and not every African American should be lumped into your racist and slanted vision of the world.

"I will say then that I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in anyway the social and political equality of the white and black races - that I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race. I say upon this occasion I do not perceive that because the white man is to have the superior position the negro should be denied everything."

Quote by: Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) 16th US President

That is a famous quote, done at a very different time, and you know that Moose. You can find quotes going back thousands of years that are anti anyone or any type of person. That is not the point, and I know from reading your posts over the months that you are intelligent enough to know that.

While that is indeed correct, you probably also know that crime, welfare use,and intelligenceby race in this country is extremely disproportionate to population.

On my blog I added a website to my initial post that I forgot for my Best Site of the year. Here is that site which should have been on my initial Best List -

The Daily Duke - http://thedailyduke.com/ - has become one of my favorite sites to visit on a daily basis. Duke has a unique perspective on the world around us, and one that I enjoy reading.

I prefer to get my information from the news wires (UP, API) or via BBC. I prefer BBC because they consistently have been less biased in their reporting than CNN, Fox, MSNBC.

The BBC has its faults of course but its news coverage is 100% agenda free.

Yep. Unlike places like CNN; where Prince Alwaleed from Saudi Arabia is one of the largest non-institutional stock holders. If I wanted a Muzzie sand nigger to feed me an agenda I would watch Al Jazeera.

Another racist comment. Wow your true colors are coming out today. I like it more when you are funny with a splash of meanness. But today you are just ugly. Someone needs to get laid in the worst way.

Why does this asshole always have to crap in everyone's threads? There's a time and a place and this thread wasn't one of them.

Because, as you said, he is an asshole...He runs through every thread in Mock trying to wreak havoc...I watched him do it yesterday & laughed at his antics 'cuz people simply began to post around him...Hahahaha...he was unsuccessful in creating turmoil & turmoil appears to be what he thrives on.

Back on topic - To add to my original post in this thread. The Day The Earth Stood Still might go on my WORST of 2008 movie list. It sucked.

I'm glad you are posting this because I was on the fence about it - now I have ammunition to change my brother's mind. We can go see something else. But what is out there in the theaters right now that is great?

No, but I have Frost downloaded to watch and will report back. Same for the Brad Pitt movie, which looks interesting.

I am watching Grand Torino now and so far it is really good.
