Well I guess everyone has their online shtick... JB lets everyone know she was a cop, Sinister is the ultimate authority on bikers, and Duchess is the sexiest and most sensuous woman in existence... and if you might've forgotten, she'll make sure to remind you daily.

i don't understand why you would make what appears to be a contemptuous comment about me. my "shtick" was my career and criminology is my passion. i have spent about 6+ years posting about crimes, missing kids, trials. a lot of work actually. a labor of love. yes, being a cop was/is an integral part of my self. i am nothing more than just my real self online. i like to think i have compassion for victims and treated every prisoner i ever had like a human being.

i also post about history, art, food, science, gardening, birds,and other topics. i'm not confined to a one-sided persona online or off.

anyway, i'll be vulnerable and say that my long-time friendship with you rendered me a little hurt by your post and comparing me to someone like sinister.

IMO..people post and speak about what they know. JB knows criminal justice. BUT, she is right, over at 24 she posts in several other forums, and seems to know her stuff when she posts.

While Sinister was a biker's bitch, I think that far from made her a biker expert. If she was, he would not have needed someone else to help her run her forum.

Sally...what would you like your schtick to be? Den mother maybe?

And before you all start on me, I run the food forum because it is something I enjoy and know some about...but I would far from call myself the 24 food expert. There are many there with knowledge I welcome.

duchess has some pathological need to interject herself into a post that has no bearing on her life or was addressed to her. you'll notice that nothing i said to LUMPY was addressed in her pointless comment. just some lame comment about an old dead cat pic. what in hell did that have to do with my comment to LUMPY? nothing.
