A Bartlesville woman whose newborn baby was found dead in a washing machine will stand trial for murder.
Lyndsey Fiddler had a preliminary hearing in Bartlesville Thursday. She is charged with first degree murder and felony child neglect.
Fiddler's 10-day old daughter, Maggie May Trammel, was found dead in the washing machine at her home on November 4, 2010. Last week, the medical examiner released a report showing the baby died from drowning and listed it as a homicide.
Fiddler is due back in court April 29th.
i finally got an OKLA. reporter to let me know outcome:
A judge sentenced Fiddler to 15 years in prison after she pled guilty to second degree manslaughter and child neglect in the death of Maggie May.

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire. this baby may not make it. burns over 90 percent of his body. :(
A baby boy was airlifted to hospital with severe burns after toppling into a washing machine filled with 'very hot' water.
Five-month-old Shea Giampetruzzi reportedly sustained burns to 90 per cent of his body following the accident at his home in Manchester, New Hampshire, U.S.
According to unionleader.com the baby's father Joseph Giampetruzzi became distracted while changing him on a changing table next to the washing machine on Tuesday.
The infant was airlifted from his home in Kelley Street to the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, and later transferred to Massachusetts General Hospital.
Lieutenant Maureen Tessier of Manchester Police Department told unionleader.com the baby was injured in 'what appears to be an accident'.
She said the infant was expected to be transferred to Shriners Hospital for Children in Boston, which specialises in pediatric burn care, to undergo further treatment.

Five month olds don't "topple". Toddlers topple. Five month olds are placed where they are put. People make me sick. Fuck sterilization, nuke those fuckers. Theyll never amount to anything anyway.
Just shut up. Just shut the fuck up right now.

that poor baby has burns over 90% of his body, i doubt he'll survive.
the pain is excruciating, but i know the Shriners know how to keep him comfortable.

A five month old could easily roll though, off the side of a couch, a bed etc, so I guess I could see how maybe he could roll into in it, but no I don't believe the daddy either. Why is your change table next to a washing machine and like Maggot said, who washes in that hot of water, if they were doing laundry, wouldn't the lid have been closed? Hmmm think the daddy dunked him in there to shut him up. Poor baby
