Please tell me why I should give a rat's ass about a sheriff from Tuscon. So far, this just looks like a crazy idiot who went ballistic. So why would I care what some sheriff says or your conspiracy theories of his relationship to the President? hah Elvis lives, btw.

Juarez and Columbus are examples of border towns, Iam surprised at how little you have to offer.

Let’s see . . .

A white-boy who quotes “Mein Kampf”, uses a German made pistol and shoots a Jewish Congresswoman?

Where the motherfuck is the JDL?

Oh yeah . . . probably taking down their blue holiday lights.

C'mon Zionists! Here's your chance!

It’s the Al Jazeera pundits! Not Fox, EIB or Palin. Arabs hate Jews . . . and women!

But then again, it could be Howard Dean, shitty weed, Grand Theft Auto, Verizon or the manufacturer who made the product that allowed him to shave his eyebrows.

Wow! This shit is getting deep and very complicated!

They're busy "crucifying" Sarah Palin for using the term blood libel.

Hahahaha! Word.

Told you about the blue lights, LC. Although, mexicalis like the blue lights, too, so that situation in Tucson IS rather confusing.

It pisses me off that anyone would claim a certain political group, or any political group, would be behind the killing of elderly people and children. That is when politics have fucked your mind. Who the fuck really thinks that way? How do they exist in a world so full of complicity and conspiracy? I would be afraid to go to the fucking gas station.

Talked to a beaner friend of mine. Okay, it was a guy at the Home Depot.

Asked him why the fuckin' spics use the blue lights as if they were Jews?

He politely replied that it was a Catholic thing, as the Virgin Mary's color is blue.

I threw my water bottle at him and called him a lying wetback!

Must be PTSD. Post Traumatic Shoulder Dislocation.

Where's my damn Vicodin?!

Duchess, MF, did you read that? You should join the Blue Light Crew during the holidays. We'll know you are Catholic and not a Jew if you leave your blue lights up until the epiphany.

My driveway is over 18 mile long, my home can't be seen from the road or by anyone who lives in the vicinity, the pretty blue lights would be wasted.

Why you are attaching some fucked-in-the-head 22 year old to any political party or agenda is still beyond me. I think you are reaching. If you read his rants, they have more to do with government mind control than any party rhetoric. How does mind control start? With crazy extremist fuckers like you. Arizona Shooting Victim James Eric Fuller Under Psychiatric Evaluation After Town Hall Outburst

TUCSON, Ariz. (CBS/AP) James Eric Fuller, one of the wounded in the Jan. 8 mass shooting in Tucson, Ariz., remains under psychiatric evaluation following his arrest Saturday for threatening a Tea Party leader during a televised town hall meeting.

Authorities say Fuller, a military veteran and self-described liberal, began ranting at the end of ABC's "This Week" program with Christiane Amanpour, then took a picture of Tucson Tea Party leader Trent Humphries and yelled, "You're dead."

"Deputies made contact with him, attempted to remove him, and he turned around and yelled at everybody and called them all whores," Pima County sheriff's spokesman Jason Ogan told The Associated Press.

Tucson Shooting Victim: 'There Would Be Torture and Then an Ear Necklace...'

James Eric Fuller, 63, who was shot in the knee, had told The Post on Friday, the day before his arrest, that top Republican figures should be tortured -- and their ears severed.

"There would be torture and then an ear necklace, with [Minnesota US Rep.] Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin's ears toward the end, because they're small, female ears, and then Limbaugh, Hannity and the biggest ears of all, Cheney's, in the center," Fuller said.

Also on Friday, Fuller stopped by the home of gunman Jared Lee Loughner and told a neighbor he was going to forgive the shooter, The Associated Press said. Wow! He actually thought he would find him at home?

On Saturday, Fuller was carted away for a psychiatric exam after disrupting the town hall meeting by taking a photo of Tucson Tea Party co-founder Trent Humphries and shouting, "You're dead!"

Tucson, Arizona (CNN) -- Jared Lee Loughner, accused of a mass shooting in which he allegedly tried to assassinate Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, isn't competent to stand trial, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.

U.S. District Judge Larry Burns said he based his decision on two recent court-ordered mental evaluations of Loughner at a federal hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

"The defendant was not able to comprehend the charges," Burns said.

A 52-page evaluation by psychologist Christina Pietz and a 43-page evaluation by psychiatrist Matthew Carroll both concluded that Loughner isn't competent to stand trial because he cannot assist in his defense due to mental illness. Both evaluations were recorded, but they weren't shown in court.

Burns said he agreed with Carroll's evaluation that said Loughner is "clearly illogical and confused." The judge said Loughner wasn't masquerading a mental illness and noted that he had been acting bizarre for the past two years.

The judge also said that Loughner doesn't like being labeled mentally ill. "He scoffs at the idea," Burns said.

Loughner, 22, of Tucson, Arizona, has no rational understanding, an "irrational distrust of his lawyers" and "has delusions that prohibit him from considering legal defenses," the judge said.

The U.S. attorney general will take custody of Loughner for a period not to exceed four months, during which he will be taken to a hospital for further evaluation to determine if he will become competent to stand trial. He could also be prescribed medication.

The next court date for Loughner is scheduled for September 21. He has pleaded not guilty to the 49 charges he faces, including murder and attempted murder, related to the January 8 mass shooting in a grocery store parking lot in Tucson.

He is accused of killing six people and wounding 13, including Giffords, an Arizona Democrat, who was holding a meet-and-greet with constituents at the time. Authorities say Giffords was the target of the attack. Giffords' office declined to comment on Wednesday's ruling.

During his hearing, two marshals forcibly removed Loughner from the courtroom after an outburst in which one reporter heard him say, "Thank you for the freak show. She died right in front of me," and "You're changing ... ."

Loughner's parents, seated in the courtroom, were clearly upset.

After a recess, Burns asked Loughner if he wanted to watch the remainder of the proceedings on a television monitor. Loughner said yes, and he was removed from the courtroom.

Loughner entered the courtroom Wednesday no longer bald and clean-shaven, as he was depicted in his mug shot shortly after the shootings. He now has a full head of hair, along with facial hair.

I saw Gabby Giffords interviewed on CNN last night. She looked gorgeous, flawless actually, she looked better than she did before she was shot. It's obvious when she speaks that she's had a traumatic brain injury, words escape her and she parrots much of what is said around her but she appears to have an understanding of what is said, the difficulty lies in expressing herself.

The gun she was shot with is a gun that she owns herself, her husband gave it to her several years ago. She watched her husband target practice with it. She's not afraid of it nor of the sound it makes.

At the end of the interview she was asked if she could have one thing in regards to gun buying, what would it be & her response was - background checks.

And without a gun being held to his head, too!

I was surprised when he was demonstrating his pistol prowess; it was in an area surrounded with rocks.

Not what I'd expect from a smart man.

Would've been incredibly ironic if a ricochet fired by her husband had hit her in the head.

What a dummy. This is stupider than the stunt he pulled trying to buy an AR-15.

Stick to flying the space shuttle genius, and put the guns down.

Now that Loughner has grown hair and is no longer bald his face takes on a new character.
