LITTLE ROCK, AR - An Amber Alert has been issued for 8-month-old Raymond Moore, Jr. who police say was taken at gunpoint by his father, 28-year-old Raymond Moore, Sr. late last night.
Moore, who has been featured on Arkansas' Most Wanted, has an active murder warrant pending against him for the murder of Larry Sims in August 2010.
The vehicle Moore was in was found at 1408 S. Monroe in Little Rock around 1:30am. The man driving the vehicle, Miquel Boyd, and who lives at that address refused to give any information to the police. He is charged with Kidnapping and Hindering Apprehension.
The child was last seen wearing blue jeans, a brown shirt with orange and white stripes and brown shoes. The father was wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt and a black "hoodie." He is 5’11”, 220 pounds and goes by the name "Duece."

He is wanted for his alleged role in a shootout that left a man dead last August at a southwest Little Rock motel. Three others have been arrested and police say Moore is the last suspect still being sought. Two other men were wounded in the shootout.
Authorities have arrested a man who allegedly drove Moore to kidnap the child but have not been able to locate Moore himself.

According to Jonesboro, Ark., officials , Moore is considered to be dangerous and is known to be armed with an fully automatic AK-47 rifle, is wearing body armor and has made threats to kill law enforcement officials.
as in most parental kidnappings, i have hopes he has feelings of love for the child.
if he is out to get some revenge on the mother for whatever, sadly, that revenge often leads to the child's death.

Raymond Moore, Jr. was found at a home on West 15th Street in North Little Rock shortly before 11 o'clock Tuesday morning. He has been taken to a local hospital to be checked out but seemed fine when found. Police say he will he given to his mother, Lori Parker, once the hospital releases him.
The child's father, Raymond Moore, 28, who is also wanted for a 2010 murder in Little Rock, has not yet been found. He's believed to have taken the child from 5111 West 22nd in Little Rock by force just before 11:30 last night.
Police say Moore had someone drop off his son at the address, which is the home of an aunt.
Moore's last known address is 2216 Izard Street in Little Rock.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Accused murder and kidnapper Raymond Moore, Sr. was formally charged Thursday morning after having been sought by police and US Marshals for months and captured Wednesday night.
Moore is charged with 1st degree murder, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
He is being held on $5 million bond and was placed on a parole hold.
The charges stem from his alleged involvement in the shooting of Larry Sims at the Baymont Hotel in August of 2010. Moore is also suspected of kidnapping his 8-month-old son at gunpoint on Monday.
The arrest was part of a joint operation between the Little Rock Police Department and the US Marshals. Between the two departments, up to 30 people were involved in an active manhunt for Raymond Moore, staking out locations where they thought Moore might show up.
On Wednesday evening, Moore was seen at a residence at #5 Wakefield in Little Rock. Police chased him from that location to a gas station on Chicot Road and Baseline, where he was arrested.
After the arrest, police recovered the weapons believed to have been used in the crimes he is accused of.
Also arrested was a woman in the car, who will be charged with aiding and abetting.
Already in custody for the murder are Gerrick Young and Marcus Simmons.
