WTF? I'm seriously afraid that this investigation is all fucked up. I would think there was enough probably cause for LE to get a search warrant or whatever to take her phone since supposedly she is the LAST one to talk to not one, but 2 murder victims. Am I wrong?

I'm surprised too, although LE CAN get the actual paper records without having the phone, hmmm If they really didn't take her phone, then it sounds like they aren't all THAT interested in her. Maybe I'm wrong?
Why take it when they can get the records and such... IMO

My question and almost eveyone elses close to case is why would she not call the cops right away when she heard something instead of waiting for two hours? and if you listen to the 911 calls begining to end when they put her on the phone with dispatch she was not as concerned it was more scared that she was caught when Maytee blocked her in the driveway why is that if your friends are in danger?
