Kuddos to you. There are bad public servants everywhere but the problem with LE is that there are relatively few checks and balances so the system has become totally extorted over 200 years. I'm sure the end result of our LE and judiciary system is little like what our founding fathers envisioned it to be. And of course, some crimes are unsolvable. That's a very tough fact for families to swallow but the probabilities are what they are.

What holds us all in some sort of macabre enthrallment is these photos of a very handsome young man and a very beautiful girl, in the primes of their life, having been cut down with plastic bags duct taped over their heads. It is obscenely unjust and life simply is not supposed to be this way.

After seeing how our times are "history repeating itself" I am inclined to legalize all drugs so they can be regulated like alcohol and gambling.

You know, Zero, I have often thought the very same thing. It is hard to imagine drug legalization, even hard drug illegalization, being any worse than the current system we have before us now. Drug dependence should not be treated like a crime because it is not a crime--it is nothing more than a natural craving of a human specimen desiring something that a brain receptor demands. All so perfectly natural. Our approach to the problem is almost dead-headed and is almost certainly formed by a group of people (the judiciary) hijacking the system of drug illegalization to their own benefit (money, power, job security, etc.). Just follow the money. Then it makes sense.

I was looking at the photographs of Lisa & her girlfriends, there is a striking difference between the look of all those young women compared to TW and her friends. The class difference is glaringly obvious.
