It would also help to know what the actual autopsy reports say regarding trauma and bruising. Was the scene bloody or not? Some say yes, others say no. I am local, and nothing has been said about the crime scene, only that they were asphyxiated with bags. It would definitely help to have more info.

And a lot of Nolle prosequi entered even when the arrested individual was caught selling to undercover officers. What the hell is up with that Toledo? And not just heroin but a lot of crack cocaine also.

This is 'sort of' but it might be important to just one
person who reads this bulletin board sometime so I am compelled
to post this.

OHIO has an amazing resource called Crittenton Services. A neighbor's
daughter became pregnant, and she did not get along with her parents.
She wanted to keep her baby. The Crittenton Home took her in, and
transported her to every appointment, to school, on picnics. and there
were two or three family nights every week. The facility was a home
in the suburbs with a white picket fence and 12 individual rooms for
a girl and her child. There was a staff who taught them 'routine' and
life skills and they HAD to stick to the agenda or they did not get their
perks. They learned to cook healthy meals and were shown (with
their food stamps) how to shop economically and healthily. They
were given job interview training and most were placed in a job
before they left.

This gal was originally placed in a literal 'mansion' only three blocks
from the Governor's Mansion in Columbus. No one but the very locals
know its purpose as it is hidden by a long lane of trees. Once she
turned 18, she was moved to a facility in Toledo where there was
more job training. She got a receptionist job and I kid you not, she
is married to a Senior Vice President of a Toledo firm you all would
recognize, they have three additional children, he adopted the 'out
of wedlock baby.' They have been married 17 years. She is quite
active in the Charity Golf Tournament scene in Toledo and you would
think she walked out of Vogue. Her children are delightful I hear.

Now, she also had a drug habit when Crittenton took over. So they
are obviously equipped for many things.

I know that their facilities (homes) are not marked as traditional
non profit buildings, but are facilities that look very much like the
neighborhood. You might even have one near you.

IN SOME WAY OR OTHER...... OR IF YOU HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS IN NEED.

VD Johnnys friend is also a friend of Tiffs - BA is VD's girlfriend she has removed herself from Tiffs friends list but, VD is still on it - can Tiff ask VD what kind of car Johnny was driving and how far VD's home is to TGIFriday's. Can Tiff ask VD if Johnny gave anyone a ride over to TGIFridays or gave anyone a ride home prior to picking up Lisa?

nolle= dismiss. prosecutor probably ran out of time to bring indictment/prelim hearing/trial due to drugs not being back from lab for testing. The prosecutor can bring the indictment original (without prelim) later once the drugs are back from lab.

Well Smooth, TW is crucial to this case b/c other than the murderers, she is the last person JC talked to on this earth. Also, while her lifestyle is questionable, it is important as well. She associates herself with known hoodlums. You know the saying, you are who you associate with.
