I think she really needs to stop ( Maytee)... She is completely out of line with the things that she has been posting lately. I understand her son was murdered but we have no proof that these 2 had anything to do with it and its almost like death threats that she is making.. Shes getting a little out of hand, and If im not mistaken just back in 2001 she was found guilty of domestic violence and she has a few run-ins with the law for B&E too so does that mean she is a killer too?

I think her emotions are just heightened right now because of Johnny's birthday. she was pretty quiet before this. hope she is getting plenty of support right now.

I am not going to pretend that I understand Maytee's grief, but she does have two other children to think about. All this hatred can't be good for them. They need their mother's support getting through this too. They lost a brother. Hopefully she won't turn the younger boys into the kind of thugs she's accusing on RIP

Maytee has a right to free speech. Unless she threatens to kill someone I don't see how she's done anything wrong. I don't know what the laws are regarding incitement. That there are even such laws is total bullshit. No doubt cooked up by control freak statists who think the words of one control the actions of another.

I do not see the Pastor in Florida who burned the Koran being
arrested for incitement. Obviously there is great latitude in interpretation.

that florida backwoods asshole may still be charged if they have it on the books. i hope he is.
here is Ohio Law:
i don't know how often it is used.
2917.01 Inciting to violence.
(A) No person shall knowingly engage in conduct designed to urge or incite another to commit any offense of violence, when either of the following apply:
(1) The conduct takes place under circumstances that create a clear and present danger that any offense of violence will be committed;
(2) The conduct proximately results in the commission of any offense of violence.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of inciting to violence. If the offense of violence that the other person is being urged or incited to commit is a misdemeanor, inciting to violence is a misdemeanor of the first degree. If the offense of violence that the other person is being urged or incited to commit is a felony, inciting to violence is a felony of the third degree.

Reading the law of that particular state, I can see some repercussion if one of those she clearly named is hurt or killed and the person who did the act says that it was based on a suggestion made by the other party.
for this law to be effective strong credible evidence would be needed that the actor was acting under the direction or guidance of the speaker of such "WISHES" .
and the speaker would have to be proven to have a "certianty" in a sense of "knowing" that such spoken "WISHES" would be taken up and carried out.

Miss Conspiracy, Damn I sure hope your post is wrong! I wonder if Maytee had not jumped on TW (you set up my son) and lets pretend that never happened! Would we have found out more from TW if Maytee had gone about this differently? TW picked up John Sr and drove him over to Longacre lane - was TW with this Mr. Z that evening? What was TW doing all Sunday evening while Johnny was over at VD's house - Maytee could have asked is 11 p.m. at night normal since TW had no wheels for Johnny and Lisa to go over and pick her up, by the time you drove back to the Straubs it would be getting closer to mid-night then what? play pool or party until 1 a.m. or 2 a.m. and then drive TW home -and Mr. Z if he was along? Maytee could have asked where was babydaddy at maybe he didn't even know? what was going on there - did he have exam papers?
What store did TW go to that night? I am thinking VD was at the Cemetary yesterday I am of the opinion Maytee quizzed VD and questioned VD about Johnny that night at his home over and over.
TW was supposed to be a friend of Johnny and Lisa. TW may know things Maytee doesn't know about the couple. TW could still hold key info., on these terrible murders was Lisa upset with anyone or scared?
or Johnny scared? When TW borrowed the car to drive to Johnny and Lisa what did she tell the people she needed the car for? All of this is my opinion only.
Sorry Conspiracy I was commenting on Post 15275 thanks!

I'll take the principals our Constitution were founded upon over some policy wonk, statute bullshit any day.
As my (and others) mother used to say when I used the excuse of "they did it" to justify what I had done: Would you jump off a bridge if someone told you to? Of course, the answer is no. The incitement of one is NEVER responsible for the actions of another.
LC, to hope that an American exercising his right to free speech, no matter what you think of that speech, is prosecuted because of the actions of the Taliban (or whoever the fuck) could not be any more anti American (in the Constitutional, Bill of Rights, Founding Fathers, American Revolution sense). I'm sorry but holding other people responsible for the actions of someone else is classic European anti freedom Big Brother.
The founders said it in various ways - essentially: It's not the speech you agree with or that seems harmless that needs protection, it's the most controversial.

The law has either passed constitutional muster or it remains untested in that capacity.
some laws are in place as stepping stone laws, like licence plate lights and the almighty seat belt law.
These laws are a way for the officer get close enough to smell your breath, look in your car and ask for paper work and run the driver and passengers for warrants.
Not to mention a source of revenue for the city or county.

A gang fight or a bar room brawl. In Ohio it is usually reduced to obstructing official business....

Dick it has been tested by the Supremes. i'm not posting all that here. google is everyone's friend.
despite "princiPLES" of the Constitution, i merely pointed out the statute IS on the books, like it or not. there are reasons for it. one cannot advocate violence with impunity. i question the wisdom of doing so in a public forum.
and yes i sure do hope that backwoods "preacher" gets his ass handed to him. by a court of law of course. he is the proximate cause of brutal murders. some "free speech" is neither responsible or legal.
like yelling "fire" in a crowded theater.

Im not sure if she is doing this because she is desperate for an arrest or if she still really thinks they are involved because they have not been arrested and its going on like 2 1⁄ 2 months later or something...

I wish someone would comment on maytees page and ask her, " if your so sure that these two did this then why in the hell arent they under arrest? and why the hell have you been saying these same lines over and over for the past 2 damn months?" omgosh its soo aggrivating because LE doesnt say anything and then Maytee, well, it seems like all she is doing is just flapping her jaws and trying to stir the pot... If there was enough evidence then these 2 would have been arrested already, imo.. So in that case since maytee seems so sure of herself then what the hell is LE waiting on? There is something bigger going on here, or.... THERES NO LEADS. IMO.. A murdering like this and in this Age group, I cant see how its taking this long, it makes me believe more and more that this was a trained criminal and a much older person to pull this off.Just imo i would think that people in their age group would be to sloppy to pull this off with out leaving DNA because their little egos would get the best of them and they would be to full of themselves to make it clean, although some people would suprise you...

This is the real Maytee, full of pure hatred and will try to take actions into her own hands. I do know that she has been trying to work her mind control shit on some of these younger guys in the neighborhood, talking about retaliation. But as we all know if she really wants the truth to come out...then she should look into mirror and start talking.

An excerpt from: The Blame Game By Manfred (Fred) Hein
What is the Blame Game?
Blaming is a self-defense mechanism. People react (personally, in a group, or as a corporation) when they are under pressure, when they make mistakes, when they are put into "uncomfortable" situations, or when they are attacked. They react in two basic ways (with variations) - they fight back (attack) or they withdraw. Blaming is used to deflect a problem, incident, situation and/or attention away from yourself.
Blaming can have varying degrees of impact on the "blamee" - the individual or organization. In the extreme it can cause considerable harm. All of us need to reflect how we felt when we've been blaming targets. The images you see in Figures 1 - 4 come to my mind and fairly well represent some of the blaming intensity and the degrees of harm the Blame Game may cause. In Figure 1 we see a typical example of someone "pointing the finger at us" for a problem or situation we may or may not be the cause of. And we may feel like the proverbial "donkey". In Figure 2 the Blame Game increases in intensity and we may find ourselves the target of intimidating grilling tactics intended to "have us own-up" and admit we are the cause of the problem. Figure 3 represents an even more onerous Blame Game situation - wherein an individual or organization is constantly "keeping you under its thumb" by letting you know repeatedly how much of a screw-up" you are - i.e., an individual or organization that doesn't believe in a culture where making mistakes is tolerated. Figure 4 is the most damaging of all. It represents a blaming situation wherein a supposedly "trusted friend", maybe under pressure, deflects attention from himself/herself and hurts you terribly personally and/or professionally using blaming techniques.
