I thought this was a good question last night! The State has approved that the names of these witnesses' are not being revealed at this time, it could be to protect them until the trial.
Who was the mastermind of these murders? was it Williams? or is the mastermind psychopath still out there? The State needs to keep these witnesses' safe. Good people that have any information need to feel safe.
I want the Detectives' to have a big win here and nail them all! The Mayor of Toledo, Ohio wants the violence to stop in the great city of Toledo and right on I say! Unfortunately, this is one of the worst murder cases ever in the State of Ohio and it just brings you to tears all of this!

Anyone from that Toledo crowd who testifies in these cases will never be safe in that shithole of a town. I would testify and move away. God knows who else was involved in this or will want revenge on any witnesses.
Wasn't Williams enrolled at the local community college? Do they accept the retarded? I doubt it! The stupid, most likely.

Williams may have been on probation at one time and he was attending Owens College for Social Studies what a laugh that is! same school as Lisa and Tiffany Oh! & maybe Starla.

There was a time when getting into college meant you had to meet basic requirements. Owens College is proof of the dumbing agenda going on in this country. We've all witnessed how these people write - or rather can barely write. Imagine a college admitting anyone at that level of lack of education. Still, I doubt that, if questioned at trial, an Owens administer would admit they enroll retarded adults. I hope the prosecution is thinking that, too.

In all fairness, not all of Toledo is bad. I live in a nice part and have plenty of friends that do as well. It's the some of the north end and then some of east side that are the bad areas mainly and Certain parts of the south side. West Toledo isn't too bad.

These people have most likely gotten a grant of some kind and get money for every semester. The problem for them is to continue to get money every semester you have to get good grades. Wonder how many make it to the second semester. It is a trend here in america.

Oh, I know that. That's why I said "that crowd". The witnesses will be, for the most part, people from those criminal circles and I just can't see how they won't be in for increased risk of being harmed. I wouldn't feel safe but, then again, maybe they're used to this shit (murders, trials, being called as witnesses against their homies).
I've been wondering if there's any chance this trial will be televised. Do you know if that's a usual thing in the courts there?

Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities (TASC) - This 15-month program is designed to help the family unit stay intact throughout the incarceration so that when the inmate is released, the bond with the family and the child has been maintained. Dirt Lady, I'm pretty sure they're trying the retarded angle for Williams, too. He's the one who was enrolled Owens, isn't he? I ask because of my previous post about being retarded and being admitted to Owens. I have to chuckle at how insane that sounds - retarded people in college.
Night Owl, yeah that's a tad ironic. It also bothers me that they have any programs involving animals. Aniamls are sacred, in my book. Not tools to be used with violent criminals who are probably animal abusers. Fuck, that makes me mad.
