So from deducting reasoning at this point, I must say, Alex C, and Eric taylor have not given polys and DNA! And probably will be soon here in the future.

LC, Surely the police have already gotten their DNA by grabbing a tossed cup out of the trash she used? Right? Or is that legally tricky (without their permission) and unless its a serial killer or is that only done in the movies?

Could you imagine if the prosecutors brilliantly laid this out to the jury with such conclusive circumstantial evidence (that the defendants were part of a plot carefuly crafted by Ms Alexandra and they were merely her flunkies) ...and the prosecutors closing argument is simulataniously telling a grand jury we need immediate warrants for AC and Eric to get their DNA.........

or do you think LC they already surely have their DNA and above is off base?...I have no fingernails left!

me, T.W and A.C use to waitress at a strip club before together, they was living together. A.C sold some kind of pills to a dancer that worked there with us on a "front" that she would pay her the money by the end of the night when she made the money. However this dancer never paid her. us 3 was planning on going back to their apartment to hangout and drink. on the way there A.C kept calling the dancers phone none stop. the girl finally answered and told A.C that she didn't make enough so A.C would have to wait because she had to pay her baby sitter. A.C was not happy and starting yelling at the girl telling her she'll burn her house down if she didn't have her money by the next night at work. The next night at work we was all there and the girl still kept telling her she would have to wait to see how much she made that night (we worked at a slow strip club) the whole night while A.C was selling her shots we was all drinking (we got pretty drunk at work) she kept wispering stuff to t.w but i couldnt hear it over the music...by the end of the night the girl still told her she didnt have the money. she'd have it by friday a.w told her "you just fucked over the wrong bitch" us 3 left the club to go meet up with one of a.c boys so she could get some more pills off him i guess she was out. after under my knowlege we was just driving around smoking & waiting for one of a.c friends to call her so she could make a sale...untill we pulled up at these apartments on the east. we all walked up to the door and a.c knocked. the dancer opened the door the next thing i know a.c & t.w were both in this girls door way punching and stomping this girl. i could hear a baby crying i was shocked. a.c turned into a complete different girl then what i met her when she went to springfield. this became one of the last times i hung out with them outside the club..2 weeks later a.c was arrest for obstructed justice in the murder of t.w sons death and i stopped talking to them both all together.

john clark testified today, as has been widely reported. he was extremely effective, and frankly, very difficult to listen to. he had to compose himself several time but he made it through, even under cross where he eventually made defense attorney john thebes look like such a douchebag he simply went back to his seat and mutterred, " nothing further."

heard from alex cousino, and i think older than dirt covered the highlight there. same with jailhouse informant eric yingling i believe.

alex cousino was reading a text she had sent to a girl she was feuding with. it was sent feb 1. she told the girl she aint no bitch. watch the news. i tie people up. i wrap them in duct tape and leave them for dead.

also, otd got it a bit wrong. yingling said sam told him they were putting the bag over lisa's head and cutting off her air til she passed out to get johnny to tell them where the safe was. sam told him he'd never forget the crinkling sound of the bag being sucked into her mouth. they made her pass out twice but the third time she never came back. sam and cameo went to the garage for a cig and to decide what to do about johnny. while they were in the garage eric taylor killed johnny.

That poor precious girl. I don't mean to say anything derogatory about Johnny without him here to defend himself but if a home invasion resulted in my husband sitting there watching while the perps are screaming at him to talk or they are going to keep putting a $&@ ing bag over my head until I pass out and do that 3 times...I would hope he would be singing like a bird.

^^ i agree however what if he didn't have anything to give them he could of been telling them i dont have anything (w.e they wanted) and they not believed him and just figured he was lying and them hurting lisa would get him to crack. if there was no safe and thats what they was looking for johnny can't tell the killers where a non exsisting safe is ya know

thats him. extensive record that he readily admitted to. he was sentenced to 10 mos. for child support and given judicial release after 1 month. had 45 days work release and 45 days electronic monitoring. completed both and is on 4 yrs probation. not uncommon for a child support case, boosting his claim that he got nothing for his testimony.

i will be amazed if this goes to jury as soon as tomorrow, and verdicts come in friday! i have to agree with Duchess, in fairness there IS reasonable doubt. it chokes me to say that.

if they don't put maytee on the stand today, then my suspicion they simply couldn't allow her up there was correct. i hear she is going to protest at the courthouse. i hope her ass ends up in lockup.

I'm really concerned about what will happen IF these guys aren't found guilty. If there isn't enough evidence, and from what we know so far I'm not sure there is, and these guys get off it'd probably be best for them to move away. As far away from Maytee as possible.

Maytee is the one that started the whole Alex Cousino was involved scenario. Just saying. Maytee was trying to take Aaron Griffin down. And talking shit every which way. AC was looked at by detectives because of her relationship with Aaron Griffin. I'm not sure why the State is even going into this. They could have saved it all for rebuttal had the defense introduced AC for reasonable doubt.

Ex-girlfriend. According to Maytee, AP was the one threatening Johnny because of the car. There are some amazing threads here on Mock during the time that this all came to light.

I'm really hoping these guys don't walk...That would be so devastating for the victims families...I would be sick to know these guys are out walking the streets. I really hope some good evidence comes out today.

I also find it strange that she called Johnny's phone THIRTY TIMES and Lisa's TWENTY TIMES. Doesn't that seem like a ridiculous number of calls? It's almost as though she was trying to establish that she was AWAY from the scene of the crime. Was she - really?

I think you would call that many times if you were concerned and noodling through what Johnny was saying to those people when hanging up, and thinking how he still hadn't called back. And of course if you were really looking forward to going over there for drugs you might try obsessively to call. It's really just the push of a button -- not that hard to dial.

I was actually relieved to see that she'd called so many times; that's what I would have expected from someone concerned enough to drive over later, whereas a single phone call would have looked more suspicious and alibi-setting to me.

Why were the perps not concerned with who Johnny was on the phone with, they knew he was talking to someone? I would have assumed there would be someone arriving very soon. Lisa locked herself in her room,wish she had jumped out the window and ran to a neighbor. Just do not understand why the murders were not worried about the person on the phone? They must have heard him say Tiff I will call you back. Strange to me.

Very very good point, also mayb at that point the perps did not see Johnny on the phone, or he hung up with Tiff before they seen him hang up. Also wondering the perps were in the house before JC/LS arrived? Did someone drop the perps off? WTF!

IMO - the State arrested Williams and Pettaway, charging them to the full extent, knowing they didn't have a solid case, but hoping that they would roll on Alex (the mastermind) and Eric Taylor (the enforcer). Sam and Cameo were there to participate in the robbery as reinforcements and share in the profit.
It doesn't appear that these fools were as messy as we would have thought (for not being professional hit-men). Their biggest mistake was involving the others. The best kept secret is the one shared with no one.

for example, could they be tried as accomplices to murder, involuntary manslaughter, or something of the like?

isn't this what happened with oj after he was found not guilty initially? n just curious if anyone has any insight. thanks!

I believe in the OJ Simpson case....he was acquitted of all charges criminally. However, in the civil court he was found liable for wrongful death.
As for this case, I'm not for certain if they can be tried as accomplices. However, I do believe the family can sue them in civil court.
