Just now read your post - thanks. I am definitely not a saint, but I do love children and always have. It seems the longer I taught, the more I loved and understood them. Thus, they were much better-behaved, and it was such an honor and pleasure to teach them or even be around them.

BTW, not all teachers love kids - hate to say it, but I had several coworkers who hated their students and their jobs. Wonder why they had so much trouble with discipline and being respected by their students? Uh - duh !

hah I just signed up this morning and am feeling pretty stupid about how this works too! I am technologically challenged! I have lurked on this site for a long time and love how saying what you think is unfiltered! A lot of times, when people can openly through out their ideas and things they have heard, progress is made. This day in age though, everyone is worried about being politically correct and not offending people....
