Okay, I admit I'm an ignorant a-hole and extremely computer illiterate. Have been reading about Johnny & Lisa from day one and am obsessed about this case.
Have been trying for over an hour to figure out how to get back on that thread.....hope posting on this does the job. Duh! :B
Please take into consideration that I am an old woman who is trying to learn. Thank you.
hi Teacher, welcome to Mock. i've seen you lurking for a while and activated your acct. today to help you get started.
i'll make you a member soon, then you can read and post in the thread.
you're an "old woman'? are you a retired teacher? (you don't have to answer.)
have you ever been on a forum before?
i sent you a PM, private message. you can click on it at top of page.
Thank you both for the "welcome to Mock".....appreciate it.
Yes, I am VERY OLD, and a retired teacher (a teacher who didn't want to retire due to her love of children...but alas, I'm not a young woman anymore and had to give it up).
Please bear with me when and if I do post re "quote buttons", etc. The day I registered I wanted to make a couple of comments, but by the time I arrived home from the hospital (husband), the post I wanted to comment on was about 10 pages back and then seemed insignificant.
I clicked on Private Message at the very top of the page under my user name and came up with the same thing I've been getting all morning.....Mock Board....access denied. Told you I'm very "duh"!

not your fault...i will send you another one in a minute.
Just now saw "my" apple. Thanks you and you are now officially Mrs. M's pet!!!! Yes, as hard as I tried not to have a pet, there was always that extra-special kid or kids each year. On the other hand, there was always the most obnoxious kid I had ever encountered. That was the rough part - faking your love for them. Always worried about that while teaching that they could sense that I was not sincere. A few years after I retired, one of those obnoxious ones returned to my school and told my best friend (who still taught) that she knew she had always been my pet. So funny & so untrue. So I guess I did a pretty good job of hiding my true feelings from those few that were hard to like, let alone love, during my career.
Told you.....old women ramble on and on and on! Promise to stop..............maybe.
