Hi LC & Duchess - Besides having a professional career, I've been following the Johnny/Lisa thread closely as well as doing my own adhoc research on the crime. I live in T-Town & moved not so long ago from the neighborhood where the crime occurred. Looking forward to being a member of Mock.

I think we should up the incentive to join and start giving out "prizes" at certain points. Hmmm, what could we give the 100th new member? Gruesome crime scene photos? Autopsy pics?

Can I just ask off the record on National TV why there is so much curiousity in this Johnny/Lisa case? Please explain it to me. Because it is a US thing I have seen nothing on the news about it, and can't understand this huge media attention about it.

Is it because they are close to finding the killer?

it's a very local crime, nearly all the interest here at Mock is from local Ohio people. there has virtually been NO news or media attention over here since it happened. it involves attractive young people, a bizarre manner of death and resembles a Romeo and Juliet scenario. it has all the elements of star-crossed doomed lovers. and we don't know whether they are close to charging anyone or not.
