so where do you live?
We all know that the South is known for fried dishes, sweet tea and heavy comfort foods, but it seems like that diet is really starting to take its toll on residents' waistlines. For the seventh year in a row, Mississippi has been found to have the highest adult obesity rate in the country, according to a recent report from the Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Mississippi has an adult obesity rate of 34.4 percent and is one of 12 states that now have obesity rates higher than 30 percent. The least obese state on the report was Colorado with a rate of 19.8 percent. Colorado is now the only state with an obesity rate of less than 20 percent.
In fact, the F as in Fat: How Obesity Threatens America's Future 2011 report found that adult obesity rates increased in 16 states in the past year and did not decline in any state. Overall, states in the South tend to be more obese and states in the Northeast and West tend to have lower rates. Obesity rates have grown fastest in Oklahoma, Alabama and Tennessee, and slowest in Washington, D.C., Colorado and Connecticut, according to the report. Where does your state rank?

It is a sad state of affairs when today at the supermarket, when I went in to buy some fresh fish and light salad dressing for dinner tonight, I had to pass no fewer than 3 big displays with snacks and candy bars..all on sale.
At another store saw a mommy with about 6 bags of chips, some ice cream, chocolate syrup and a chubby kid in the cart..holding onto a single head of lettuce.

Don't worry Dick, your supplier of all good things is crossing the border soon. Have your wife look into viagra for women. I am sure she needs it with you in her bed.

I know Dick, you are much better at it since it happens to you every day in every aspect of your life. If a banana could talk, it would reject you too.

Have you ever seen that movie Fat, Sick, and Almost Dead? (something like that) Or the TV shows Heavy or the Biggest Loser? It is completely possible to lose hundreds of pounds. It just takes an amazing amount of effort and willpower.
I think unhappiness makes people fat. Being obese isn't that much different than being an alcoholic or a drug addict. I feel badly for kids with really obese parents. They must be so worried and so embarrassed.
I don't care what morbidly obese people say, it sucks to be so fat. Many put on a brave face and act like they are happy with their choice, but there is no possible way they truly enjoy being so unhealthy. I wish they all had the motivation and means to change how they are.
People with these problems cost America a lot money. It is possible to spend more money and help people with the means to be fit (special food vouchers for only healthy foods, free public gyms, stuff like that), it is the motivation that we can't buy for someone else.
I love a few fat people. I wish I could fix everything for them, but it doesn't work that way. I don't harp on their weight. I am sadly waiting for a severe enough health crisis to hit each of them so they have to change. I have done the "come meet me at the park to walk" and "let's just have a salad" thing. It makes them avoid me. haha Anybody have any other suggestions?

I know it doesn't matter what I eat or how many calories it has , as long as my caloric output is higher than my caloric intake.
It's the lazy motherfuckers who have a problem with fat asses, they sit on a double wide desk chair all fucking day 5 or 6 days a week for 8 hours and then go home and use the tommy lift to get them to the front door and their fucking recliner where they eat prepared food for the rest of the night , struggle to get their fat asses into the bed they had lowered so they could get in it and sleep with a stomach full of crap food and then start the shit all over again.
