I was thinking the same thing....Nothing on the counters either...My counters always had 1 or 2 bottles on them when mine were babies. No kids artwork on the walls either. My bedroom walls are covered in my kids art.

because you are treading on thin legal ice. it was wise to get warrants first. or the "fruit of the poisonous tree" (unlawful search and seizure) could cause evidence to be thrown out.

Ok so Hypothetically, [I murder someone in my family report them snatched/kidnapped/or otherwise, The FBI presumably if a child is misssing come to me and say can i search your room and I say no you can search every where but my room, does that not make my room a little more of a POI? which under the correct circumstances Rules can be or is ignored, its like wrighting a confession on your bedroom door] if your child was missing surely u would cooperate with forrensic/Detectives//Agents in every possile way for the return of your child you would not create obstructions.
