You do realize livers are expensive, they don't just throw them out like yesterday's trash. Even the bad ones. I doubt in the 43 years that you've been getting free liver and onions at Denny's on your birthday any of it came from a human.

My mom always bought the liver and onions. I haven't had liver and onions since she died two years ago or longer.

Many years ago, I was at an authentic Japanese restaurant, and I ordered a strange name appetizer, and did not ask what it was. I was trying to impress my date!

Anyway, after 2 round balls arrived all wrapped up in aluminum foil, I tasted one and it was different tasting. Not bad, not good, different.
So I asked the waiter what it was, and he said bull's balls! I did not touch the rest of them.

Pigs can have some huge balls, I've seen them as big as a large orange before. You could slice them and make a sandwich with them testicles. I'm not sure if mayo, mustard or ketchup would be better or even cheese for that matter.

I would try it and I bet they're salty.
