Afghanistan is the back door to China (Wakhan Corridor) and strategic to Iran and Pakistan. If all those folks stayed over there, and we all stayed over here, life would be grand. Doesn't work that way.

Anyone who died or got injured in Afghanistan did so for an oil pipline so fatcats can make more money.

We don't owe any consideration to those that try to kill/hurt/maim us. Given it's war, collateral damage happens, it's a fact of life in a war zone. It was a fuckin' waste to go in there & not do what needed to be done. This whole Middle East bullshit is a farce.

Remember, Afghanistan is very important just to keep ones view so wonderfully colourful with all those poppies they got over there, so don't just blow it up once you reach the top but put on the old record player, sit all around a bon fire in a circle atop those breathtaking mountains they got over there, and let's sing together while doing one massive group hug "Lucy in the sky .... with diamonds ..."

Time for the retarded left to chime in with the "war for oil" battlecry. They should maybe read up on Unocal and CentGas and the lack of Afghani oil refineries and wells. We didn't need to fight for oil, just pay some money. Of course, those tards don't realize we get most of our oil from Canada (80%) so we would be better off fucking up some Canucks. It's easier to be indignant when you make up not only your own reality, but the reality of an entire foreign nation.
Only severly limited couchtesters (protesters that don't feel like leaving the comfort of their living room) still have that 20-year old tired view. They hate to think maybe we were pissed off when they took down our towers and planes. That isn't reason enough, I guess. They can only relate to something that is driven by greed because they have no concept of honor.

Just because your son is over there tip toeing around IED's that doesn't make Afghanistan a righteous conflict, the fact is it is anything but.
The oil pipeline and the poppy fields are the real reason your son is over there you just can't face the truth vinegar tits.
Next time you fill up you tank with gas appreciate every mile you drive, your son is risking his life for it.
