I only eat grass fed beef, free range eggs, almond milk and organic grains such as quinoa and buckwheat versus rice and potatoes. I don't drink soda nor do I eat processed meats and cheese. I don't fry my food. I drink a lot of green tea and I try to drink at least five 8 oz glasses of water a day.

How's your blood pressure, Fry Queen? Mine's 115/75. My cholesterol level is beyond good. The only medical problem I had is low thyroid which isn't diet related. I don't smoke. Can you say the same?
