I think his stupidest idea is threatening colleges and universities regarding tuition rates and federal funding. Tuition rates have increased less than 10%, all due to reduced state budgets affected by foreclosures caused by the fucking feds in the first place. Obama said today he plans to cut federal funding to academic institutions that raised their rates and give the money to colleges and universities that didn't.

What that really means is he wants to give the black colleges and inept institutions that have shitty graduation rates (and therefore CANNOT raise their rates) more money.

He is a fucking idiot. Less than half of all poor people graduate high school. Why the fuck do we want the idiots that can't even feed themselves to get all the tuition money? Give it to the kids who stand a chance. They will need to feed the next generation of fucking losers.
