another mother

She looks challenged. Tard or not she deserves every minute of that sentence.

The couple had children for the sole purpose of using them as sex toys, it's incomprehensible. They should get the death sentence.

CHILD USED AS REVENGE PAWN

Hard not to get pissed off about what this reportedly "good doting mother" did.

Her name is Lisa Leyshen ^; she and her family lived in Colorado.

This is Lisa's husband, Michael Kirlan ^, whom she calls/called "the enemy".

This was their 9-year-old son, Asher ^, described as a good kid who was very athletic, had played the violin, had a lot of school friends... RIP.

Back in May, Lisa found an email exchange between her husband and the woman with whom he was having an affair.

When confronted, he admitted to the relationship and though the couple was already on very shaky ground, he agreed not to file for divorce so that she could keep her health insurance.

The next day, the family did their normal routines. Then, Lisa went upstairs and shot her child four times. He died immediately.

She then told her husband to kill her, but he dialed 911 instead and she shot herself in the neck.

She'd left a note to Michael telling him that he caused their deaths and signed it "Lisa and Asher".

However, Lisa Leyshen lived. She is incarcerated, paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair.

She faces charges of first degree murder, domestic violence and child abuse. Colorado does have the death penalty, but I don't know if prosecutors are seeking it in her upcoming trial.

Crazy bitch. I'm sure she got her revenge on her husband; he's likely a broken man and will be for life - it only cost her the life of her child to accomplish that goal.

I'm glad she lived to feel the pain of paralysis and being held accountable for snuffing the life outta her precious son.

RIP AUSTIN DAVIS -- Steamboat Springs, Colorado

[Image: 242253-f3c29de2-bc04-11e3-8a33-c23c348170ff.jpg]
This is Austin Davis. He died last month at 3 years old. 42 RIP. 42

[Image: article-2596613-1CD13CB200000578-586_634x286.jpg]
Austin's home in Steamboat Springs

Austin's mom had left him alone in their cabin at a camp ground (pictured above) with some food, juice, and a video playing. She told police she'd done so about 20 times in the past when she went to work at the local supermarket. This time, she decided to spend the night at a boyfriend's house after work.

[Image: article-2596613-1CD1180300000578-138_306x423.jpg]
When Austin's mother, ^ 24-year-old Megan McKeon , finally returned home after 20 hours, Austin was lying face up on the floor, unresponsive, with his eyes open -- there were no signs of life.

So, Megan called, 22-year-old Tyler Davis ^, Austin's father, in jail. He's in jail for failing to register as a sex offender after being convicted of approaching a slew of 16-year-old girls and offering them money for sex.

911 was called and Austin was taken to the hospital, but it was too late. Autopsy as to the exact cause of death is pending.

Megan originally pleaded guilty to misdemeanor child neglect, which carried a maximum of 42 months. Fortunately, a smart DA decided that wasn't good enough and dropped the neglect charges so prosecutors could up the charges to felony child abuse.

McKeon is being held on $250k bond.

________________________________________________

It's too much to imagine little Austin in that cabin, covered with partially eaten food and feces -- according to prosecutors -- fending for himself and then dying all alone.

I hope McKeon spends many years in jail -- at least enough years that she is too old to reproduce again when she's released.

I don't know why there was no CPS investigation / monitoring into the home after Austin's dad was arrested for child related offenses or whether relatives of the couple were aware of what was going on.

ANOTHER SELF-CENTERED BITCH ALLEGEDLY KILLS HER CHILD

No doubt, looks can be deceiving. You can't judge a book by its cover. And all that jazz.

^ This is Jessica Smith. She's a 40 year-old mother of two daughters from Goldendale, Washington. She looks as nice as can be, to me.

Well, in the midst of a separation and custody battle after 17 years of marriage, she took her 2-year-old and 13-year-old daughters to a resort hotel on the Oregon coast.

There, she allegedly killed her 2-year old and attempted to kill her 13-year-old. The 13-year-old was stabbed, but is expected to survive.

Smith had fled the hotel before a hotel housekeeper found the girls in the room. Smith was captured 3 days later when police spotted her SUV at a wood side road. She was arraigned yesterday and has not yet entered a plea.

Smith faces charges of aggravated murder, which could lead to the death penalty, and attempted aggravated murder. She was reportedly emotionless in court, aside from her occasional smiles.

Smith's brother, Nathan Judd, is already laying her defense: she was abused as a child and must have had a breakdown.

Seriously, I cannot stand that shit. There are so many people who have endured a sucky childhood who then go on to be wonderful, productive adults, they rise above it.

IT DOESN'T GET ANY WORSE 21

This case led to a CPS worker being fired and a shake up in the entire LA county organization. Antelope Valley, CA has a high degree of crime and abuse, but reportedly some of the least experienced and most overworked case workers. What was allowed to happen to Gabriel Fernandez is fucking terrible.

The details of the grand jury testimony were released just this week -- beyond cruel and inhumane.

RIP Gabriel Fernandez, 8.

Overview:
Gabriel was abused to death in May 2013. The abuse worsened in the months leading up to Gabriel's death, according to testimony from two of his siblings, both of whom are minors. They said Gabriel was forced to eat cat feces, rotten spinach and his own vomit. He slept in a locked cabinet with a sock in his mouth to keep him from screaming and wasn't let out to go to the bathroom. Fernandez and Aguirre called Gabriel gay, punished him when he played with dolls and forced him to wear girls' clothes to school, the siblings said.

[Image: article-2728898-20A31F0A00000578-77_634x496.jpg]
Pearl Fernandez ^ and her boyfriend Isauro Aguirre hit her son Gabriel with a belt buckle, a metal hanger, a small bat and a wooden club, Gabriel's brother said. Their mother once jabbed Gabriel in the mouth with a bat and knocked out several teeth, according to testimony. His mother and her boyfriend doused him with pepper spray.

On the day of the fatal beating, Fernandez began hitting Gabriel because he didn't want to pick up his toys, his older brother testified. She dragged him into a bedroom, where Aguirre joined her, and the siblings heard screaming and banging, he said. "And that's when it all stopped," said the brother, 13. "It just went quiet."

Gabriel's mother, Pearl Fernandez, called 911 on May 22, 2013, to report that her son was not breathing. She told sheriff's deputies who arrived at the apartment that Gabriel had fallen and hit his head on a dresser, according to testimony. When paramedics arrived, they found Gabriel naked in a bedroom, not breathing, with a cracked skull, three broken ribs and BB pellets embedded in his lung and groin.
He died two days later.

Fernandez and Aguirre hid their tracks with forged doctor's notes and lies to authorities, Deputy Dist. Atty. Jonathan Hatami told the grand jury. "For eight straight months, he was abused, beaten and tortured more severely than many prisoners of war," Hatami said.

"It was just like every inch of this child had been abused," testified James Cermak, a Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedic.

This poor boy had raised flags and generated reports to CPS by teachers and others several times; he was never removed from the home. The CPS check ups and reports were half-assed at best.

Both PearL Fernandez and Isauro Aguirre face capital murder charges. They've pleaded not guilty to Gabriel's murder. If California has a death penalty then, they will fry -- they deserve that and more.

MASS MURDERING MOTHER? -- CAIRNS, AUSTRALIA

A publicly unnamed Australian women is under arrest on suspicion that she murdered 8 children at her home near Cairnes.

The woman, 37, is said to have been the mother of 7 of the children and the aunt of the other. The children ranged from age 18 months to 15 years old.

Police discovered the dead children when they responded to a call about an injured woman in the home. The woman was suffering from stab wounds.

It's not confirmed how the children were killed, but stabbing seems most likely.

Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott described the news as “heartbreaking.” "All parents would feel a gut-wrenching sadness at what has happened. This is an unspeakable crime. These are trying days for our country," Abbott stated.

The tragedy comes as Australia is still in shock following a deadly siege in a Sydney cafe on Monday. It resulted in two hostages being killed along with the gunman after police stormed the cafe some 16 hours into the stand-off.

Police say a 22-year-old woman confessed to purposely drowning her twin sons in a bathtub Sunday.

Officers arrested Mireya Alejandra Lopez, of Avondale, Ariz., after her 2-year-old boys were rushed to different hospitals.

The boys' grandmother called 911 at about noon, said Avondale Police Sgt. Brandon Busse. When first responders arrived at the home, the children were naked on a bed. They'd been discovered there by their grandmother.

Lopez also reportedly confessed to attempting to drown a third child, who managed to survive uninjured. He was later identified as her stepbrother.

The twins' father, Sam Avitia, told police he had joint custody of the boys and was scheduled to get them Friday. Avitia also said Lopez suffered from depression and anxiety, but has never threatened anyone and never shown any violent tendencies.

Today in court, police said that Lopez told them she did it because nobody loved them or her.

The statement also said Lopez stated she takes medication for mental health conditions.

A judge on Monday ordered her jailed on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder, with bail set at $2 million.

Florida authorities last week said they think they have found the body of 9-week-old Chance Walsh (RIP), who has been missing since Sept. 9, buried in North Port, a central Florida city near the state's Gulf coastline.

His parents, Kristen Bury and Joseph Walsh, were arrested on Florida child abuse charges in South Carolina. Bury was later charged with first degree murder, and Walsh was charged Tuesday with first-degree felony murder, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities say they became involved when Chance's grandmother called them Oct. 4, concerned about the baby's well-being.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Bury told investigators that the infant had died Sept. 16 at their North Port home. That morning, she said, she and Walsh got into an argument. Walsh, she said, began repeatedly hitting the child, at one point telling her he was going to bash the child's head into the ground, according to the affidavit.

According to the document, Bury told Walsh, "You are going to break his f***ing neck." However, police say the woman didn't call 911 or attempt to prevent Walsh from hurting the boy.

The child was placed in his crib after his death and left to decompose, according to the document. Bury allegedly told Walsh that the smell was overwhelming and he had to do something with the body. Walsh then allegedly wrapped the infant's decomposing remains in numerous garbage bags and placed him in the closet of the bedroom.

On Sept. 25, the two allegedly dug a shallow grave, and later brought the child's body there in their car and buried him. Walsh led police to the body after his arrest.

The 2-year-old that was found beaten and not breathing in a Butler County home has passed away, according to a source close to the family.

On Thursday evening, the father of the toddler, Scott Senft, posted on his Facebook page remembering Kinsley.

"Play all you want in heaven baby, daddy will be there soon, we will play everday, love each other like we do now, and shot the world it'[s still me and till the end, I love you baby so much!!!! RIP my beautiful angel, I promise I will make them pay for this...At only 2 you have made me a new man, changed my life and made yourself part of me I love you baby."

The mother of a 2-year-old girl and her boyfriend face charges, Butler County Prosecutor Mike Gmoser said and court records show.

Rebecca Ashton Kinner, 23, is held at the Butler County Jail on a charge of permitting child abuse, jail records show. Bradley Dean Young, 27, is held on a felonious assault charge. Both are due in court at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

They were booked Wednesday after the Butler County Sheriff's Office responded to Young's Radabaugh Road residence when they received a report of a non-breathing child, according to a criminal complaint filed with Middletown Municipal Court.

CPR was started until EMS arrived. The toddler was taken to Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, where medical staff advised that she had bruising under her chin towards her throat and several bruises all around her head, according to the complaint.

The toddler was transferred to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

"Medical staff advised (the girl) had no brain activity and was on a ventilator," the criminal complaint states. "Rebecca Kinner stated that she watched her boyfriend (Brad Young) shook and punched her two-year-old daughter in the head multiple times the day before she stopped breathing. Rebecca made no attempt to come to her defense."

In a tweet, Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones expressed disbelief over the situation.

In a prepared statement, the sheriff also pledged to work closely with the prosecutor's office "to seek the highest punishment possible for the people who did this."

A GoFundMe account has been set up for Kinsley and already has raised $3,257 toward a $15,000 goal.

"I was crying the whole time," Senft told FOX19 NOW after his daughter passed away. "I can't do nothing to deny it. I can't fix it. I can't bring it back. That's my daughter, my baby, my girl, my everything."

A candlelight vigil was held Thursday night in Senft's hometown of Franklin.

Newborn Abandoned in Riverbed -- California

On November 28th, two women were walking the path on the riverbed in Compton (Los Angeles county). They heard what they first believed was a cat, and then suspected was a baby. The women called police.

LAPD arrived at the scene and located a newborn baby girl, wrapped in a blanket, buried under rocks and debris.

Yesterday the LAPD Special Victims unit announced that, with the help of tips from the public, a woman has been arrested. The woman (mother) has not yet been publicly identified, nor have the charges against her.

Here's hoping that baby ends up in a good home.
