I've never heard of it but I am really liking so many of the things pictured, the old & new wood, the awesome dark doors on the light cabinet, the shabby cabinet pictured in the beginning, etc.
I love that shabby chic stuff & my favorite decor is country. I wouldn't be comfortable in a hoity toity home, I like wood & stone, nature products.

You will get trapped in Pinterest if you are stoned, so heed that warning. haha
I lurve this one:
This is cute with salvaged legs:
I love the idea of using throw-away materials to make something beautiful. Plus, the older I get, the less I want to have what everyone else has that they bought at the same stores.

I always see potential in things that other people might consider junk.

This kind of thing is so much more interesting than cooking.

LC, I followed the link on the page, it is a dog house. haha It is cute.
I like the inspiration of beautiful pics. A little beauty is good in this ugly world.

K, so I won't post the recipe part. haha
I read a tutorial on how to make blue (or any color) mason jars for cuttings:
elmer's glue (1 Tbs) food coloring (one drop green, two drops blue) and water (1.5 Tbs) then paint on the jars in layers. They wash if they get wet, but would last a season if you are careful just to get water on the inside. (Ashamed I read that, haha.)

Have you ever seen the Hobbit doors for gardens? This is taking it a step further:

That stuff is cool!!
I wonder if I'm too old to take up Pinterest (I'd never heard the term either). I think Dick and Maggot would be good at it.
I dunno, I want the stuff but I'm kind of lazy too.

They have man stuff, too, but the guys are on a testosterone-fest lately so they can fuck off.
I make these wasp traps sometimes to put in the backyard. I staple around the top and but a little coke (and sometimes a piece of raw steak in the coke) then throw them away when they have killed a few wasps:

Yeah. One or two good ideas is enough. I am going to attempt a coffee filter project the next time I get bored. The wreaths are cute.

When I was a kid I used to make wreaths out of wire hangers and toilet paper. They actually came out pretty damn good.

That could be handy on a car trip.

Hahahahahahaha
I had to click out of there. I got to looking up mexican food recipes and got hungry as fuck...
I wasted a few hours there.
It is like Southern Living on crack. (No offense, Whitney or Bobby or Bobbi Kris.)
And those boots are stinking cute. Do they have navy? Navy with bows would be fabulous.
