It sure doesn't take much for one of them to get back in the news. Maybe Zimmerman would go away if he were banned from trying to make money & profit by flaunting the fact that he killed someone & got away with it. I'm still trying to understand how it's not against the law to get out of your car & follow a minor child & gun them down. If TM were a girl...IDT it would have been treated in the same way. That's a very good point, I mean defence lawyers are always going to question the witnesses and perhaps try and put something of a hint of negative spin on the victim. But the sheer depths to which American defence attorneys will plunge to is shocking to me, they were basically saying Trayvon was a Crip or Blood in the making which just wasn't the case. Did Trayvon have issues? Yes of course the vast majority of teenage boys have “issues” its called puberty and learning about what kind of man you are becoming.

Anyone who says their teenage son or daughter doesn't have “issues” is a liar.

George Zimmerman - Revenge Art

He made over $100k on his first auctioned painting. Art critics say that his work is paint-by-numbers level, but his fans are apparently very impressed. This is his latest work being peddled by his crazy brother.



George Zimmerman may face a lawsuit over a painting he created that is drawn from a photograph by Associated Press photographer Rick Wilson – but judging by his response on Twitter, the former neighborhood watch volunteer doesn’t seem too concerned.

Zimmerman, who was acquitted of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin last year, is selling a painting that depicts Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, accompanied by the text: “I have this much respect for the American judicial system. – Angie C.”

According to Wilson’s attorney, John Phillips, the AP sent a cease and desist letter to Zimmerman on Thursday, the day after his brother posted an image of the painting on Twitter. Phillips told CBS News’ Crimesider that his client is sending a second, separate cease and desist letter today.

“Rick does have royalty rights and other rights to that photo,” says Phillips. “If Mr. Zimmerman decides he is not accountable, he will be reckoned with.”

On Friday afternoon, Zimmerman, tweeting under the handle @therealGeorgeZ sent a tweet that read: “No worries AP, I'll just take whatever U sue me for off your tab when I'm done suing you :-) Or... I could put out how much U offered me 2..”

In 2011, artist Shepard Fairey settled a lawsuit with the AP over his use of a photo of then-presidential candidate Barack Obama to create a series of “Hope” posters. In 2012, Fairey was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay a $25,000 fine in a criminal contempt case involving his use of the photo.

He's certainly not avoiding the public spotlight and hiding in fear, as he and his posse claimed he'd be forced to do during his trial and immediately following the verdict.

I think he's loving the attention. He might get taken out, well TKOd at least, on March 1^st. Zimmerman has agreed to participate in a "celebrity boxing match" event.

Rapper "The Game" is hoping to be pitted against Zimmerman so he can "beat the fuck out of him".



The whole thing may well be staged and just for show. Still, Zimmerman sure has come a long way regarding his confidence with his fists since he and his gym owner testified that George could barely do a somersault, much less be expected to throw a punch.

Fifteen thousand people applied to beat the fuck out of George.

Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman tells us, DMX was selected out of 15,000 applicants ... all of whom wanted a piece of Zimmerman in the ring after he issued the open challenge to fight anyone willing to take him.

But no one wanted to beat Zimmerman's ass more than DMX.

As we first reported, DMX promised to massacre Zimmerman in the ring if he got the chance. To be exact, he said, "I am going to beat the living fuck out him … I am breaking every rule in boxing to make sure I fuck him right up." He then said he'd literally piss on George's face.

Zimmerman might actually have a chance though -- as we reported, he's been training pretty hard for months ... oh yeah, and he's only 30 years old. DMX is 43.

The boxing match will be 3 rounds.

The date, time, and location of the fight will be announced at a news conference next Wednesday.

The George Zimmerman boxing match has been cancelled.

Poor George - he was basking in all that attention and anxious to put his boxing skills to the test. He may have to conjure up another domestic dispute lest his notoriety begin to fade.

Anyway, seems everyone involved in the match (except George) came to the conclusion that it was in poor taste to contribute to Zimmerman's thirst for attention and profit-gaining off of killing a teen. DMX says he never formally agreed and the promoter says he's sorry for the whole thing.

I don't really want to hear another news story about George, unless he gets shot and killed by a black teenager who feared for his life and was merely standing his ground.
