Have you ever had tomato and cracker salad? You chop up your fresh tomato and mix with a little mayo and shredded sharp cheddar, crush some saltine crackers in and sprinkle with black pepper. It ain't bad, but you have to eat it right away or it will get soggy.

Tonight my neighbor made some italian dish with sausage and it was great.

It was fish bullion, celery, onion, pepper pod (garden), minced garlic, carrots (garden) and leftover overcooked tuna belly. Slap yo momma good!

I just found out you have to cook ground beef really well to get the umami flavor.

Spagheti squash with italian flavored sausage and some garlic whatever sauce from a jar

*edit* with too much red pepper flakes. I didn't have any pepper as in "salt and pepper" so I used some other seasonings and threw in some pepper flakes. Yikes! Wooo!

I had a bunch of peppers to use up so I made a pork and pepper stew braised in red wine over rice. It was fabulous.

Had some locally caught fish my gf son took out of the lake. Salmon with homemade sauce. Roasted broccoli and cauliflower on the side. Yum.

Salmon is delicious. Though I never cook it. I have it grilled from a buffet or a poke bowl.

Baked Salmon collar (or tuna) with wasabi and soy sauce is amazing.

Nope, never heard of bullhead. Tilapia is pretty good too.

Yeah I'm hungry too. Probably just going to have bagels or hot dogs though. Someday I'll start using my slow cooker again and try out my air fryer.
