As I drove home I saw one loan elk running, looking over his shoulder and running in fear.
I looked around for more and didn't see any. I got home, changed clothes and drove 5 miles down the road to the family that invited me for dinner. Some meat in a pan, rice, and some veggies. And then they said, "We're having elk!" I ate dinner It was great. I was thankful. Later that night sitting at home I couldn't forget the look on that elk's face last it ran towards the river.

I had pan fried trout, sauteed wild mushrooms and grilled artichokes from Seasons 52. I love that place.
