SELMA, AL (WSFA) -
Lowndes County triple homicide suspect Deandra Marquis Lee has been captured in Selma according to the Selma Police Department.

Lee was captured just after 11 a.m. at the Merrimac Apartment Complex on Citizens Parkway. Authorities say Lee did not attempt to resist arrest.

Lee was wanted for the deaths of 9-year-old twins Jordan and Taylor DeJerinett and their 73-year-old caretaker Jack Mac Girdner. The victims' bodies were discovered Tuesday dumped along Alabama Highway 21. They were believed to have been taken from the Lake Ridge Road area of Hope Hull. Authorities confirm that all three sustained gunshot wounds.

Girdner's 1988 Mercedes Benz was also listed missing at the same time as the victims. It was discovered in the Minter Community of Dallas County with all four doors removed.

A total of $10,000 in rewards were offered for the information leading to the capture and conviction of Lee.

No word yet on when authorities will release additional details regarding the capture of Lee.

WSFA 12 News has a crew en-route to Selma and will have more information as it comes available.

I'll be honest i did suspect something sinister in regards to Girdner's intentions at the beginning of this. I feel bad now that it seems he was a good guy.

So glad they caught this bastard. Interested in more details about his 'relationship' with the twins' mother

Selma Police say a concerned citizen called Selma Police Chief William Riley, who, in turn, notified the ABI and the U.S. Marshals. Witnesses say within minutes at least a dozen SWAT team members surrounded the apartment complex off of Hwy. 80.

Agents made their move at 11 a.m. using a neighbor's apartment to help map out where Lee might be inside the building. Agents broke down the door and threw in a "flashbang" Brainexplode surprising Lee to the point that he put up no resistance.

Both Lee and the female he was staying with in that apartment were apprehended. That woman was also taken in to custody but it's not clear at this point who she is or if she'll face any charges.

SHE SHOULD UNLESS SHE WAS A HOSTAGE!

"My heart is just full today. My grandfather and I had to go down to the funeral home and we had to identify the bodies. And when we got there...you don't want to see what's in that casket," Pastor Willie Moorer said. Moorer is the twins' great uncle.

HAYNEVILLE — Triple-murder suspect Deandra Marquis Lee, 22, is being held in the Lowndes County Jail on a $3 million cash bond following an initial appearance before Lowndes County District Court Judge Adrian D. Johnson Monday.

Johnson also appointed Hayneville attorney Jerry Thornton to represent Lee.

Lowndes County District Attorney Charlotte Tesmer asked for a $1 million cash bond for each case.

Thornton, who called the $3 million bond “outrageously high,” hah Asshat said he would address that at a bond hearing at a later time.

“We believe he’s a great flight risk,” Tesmer said.

Lee is accused of killing three people in Lowndes County, including 9-year-old twins, Jordan and Taylor Dejerinett and their 73-year-old caretaker, Jack Mac Girdner. The three had been reported missing Monday and their bodies were discovered Tuesday.

Lee was later declared a suspect in the murders and captured Saturday morning in Selma after a four-day manhunt.

Johnson said there is a motion to revoke a pending $10,000 bond in Lowndes County on which Lee was out of jail on a robbery third degree charge. He said the hearing for that will be held June 19.

Lee was read the three murder charges filed against him by Johnson, who said he did not expect a preliminary hearing for Lee to be set before July. He said if Lee is later indicted by a grand jury, the charge could be upped to capital murder.

“He’s not guilty until the state proves him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt,” Thornton said following the court appearance.

YEP... THEN FRY HIS ASS.
