EXCLUSIVE: Movie massacre suspect sent chilling notebook to psychiatrist before attack
James Holmes, the accused gunman in last Friday's midnight movie massacre in Colorado, mailed a notebook "full of details about how he was going to kill people" to a University of Colorado psychiatrist before the attack, but the parcel sat unopened in a mailroom for as long as a week before its discovery Monday.

oh wow...thats all i can say right now after reading that article.
I saw this a few nights ago on the local (North East Ohio) news a few nights ago, been meaning to post it since. This kid really impressed me. He was with his bro and a stuttering support group at the theater in colorado seeing the midnight release. Now he's on the news speaking about it in front of a bunch of different media. I know I sometimes get flustered as shit, when I have to talk in front of a group of people and I don't have a stuttering problem. (link to full article in the headline)
I can't get the vid to embed, but it's worth checking out (here)
Local Colorado Shooting Victim Forgives Suspect
Posted on: 6:17 pm, July 23, 2012, by Jack Shea
FOREST, Ohio — Gage Hankins and his family are back home in the Hardin County village of Forest, three days after Gage was shot during the massacre at the movie theater in Aurora, Colorado.
Gage, 18, an incoming freshman at Mount Union, was in the theater next to Theater Nine with his 14-year-old brother and a group of friends from a stuttering support group. He was wounded when a bullet fired by the killer pierced the theater wall and struck him in the forearm.
“The first thing I thought of ‘this is a dream, this isn’t real’, said Gage. “And it was just crazy to think that this could actually happen.”
When friends helped Gage get outside the theater first responders offered him aid, but he told them there were victims inside the theater who were in greater need of help.
“There are people who got shot in the face, in the side, in the neck, this is just an arm, it’ll be fine, go help them,” said Hankins.

'Why am I here?' Batman 'killer' James Holmes asks
THE accused Batman killer James Holmes has been claiming he does not remember the shooting and that he has amnesia. New York's Daily News is reporting that Mr Holmes, 24, who allegedly killed 12 people and injured 58 at a screening of ''The Dark Knight Rises'' in Colorado, does not remember the incident. ''He claims he doesn't know why he's in jail,'' a jail staffer told the newspaper. ''He asked, 'why am I here?''' ''He needs to save his act for the jury because no one here is buying it,'' the worker said. ''Everyone is convinced he is faking it.'' Mr Holmes is also said to be complaining about the food he is receiving at the Arapahoe County Detention Centre. ''He's claiming his belly hurts him,'' the jail employee told the Daily News. ''He complained once that he didn't like the food ... the guy killed 12 people and he's upset that he's not getting a four-star meal?''

"The key to creating an effective spy or assassin rests in splitting a man’s personality, or creating multipersonality, with the aid of hypnotism.... This is not science fiction. ...I have done it."
"During World War II, I worked this technique with a vulnerable Marine lieutenant I’ll call Jones. Under the watchful eye of Marine intelligence I split his personality into Jones A and Jones B. Jones A, once a 'normal' working Marine, became entirely different. He talked communist doctrine and meant it. He was welcomed enthusiastically by communist cells, and was deliberately given a dishonorable discharge by the Corps (which was in on the plot) and became a card-carrying party member. All I had to do was hypnotize the whole man, get in touch with Jones B, the loyal American, and I had a pipeline straight into the Communist camp."
"War is the end of all law. When we speak of keeping within the rules of the game we are childish, because it is not a game and true rules never hold. In the last analysis any device is justifiable which enables us to protect ourselves from defeat."
"Only a people who refuse to permit themselves to sink into intellectual lethargy and conformity, only a people who question and think . . . can be sure that hypnosis--disguised or direct--will not undermine their freedom and rob them of their very lives."

SS that brings to mind Sirhan Sirhan.
http://www.suntimes.com/news/nation/4063...g-rfk.html
It is not old age or some memory-snatching disease that has erased an act Sirhan Bishara Sirhan once said he committed “with 20 years of malice aforethought.” It’s been this way almost from the beginning. Hypnotists and psychologists, lawyers and investigators have tried to jog his memory with no useful result.
Now a new lawyer is on the case and he says his efforts have also failed.
“There is no doubt he does not remember the critical events,” said William F. Pepper, the attorney who will argue for Sirhan’s parole Wednesday. “He is not feigning it. It’s not an act. He does not remember it.”

Zero, the RFK assassination is so fascinating. From more than one shooter to LAPD destroying evidence, the real events of that day have been successfully covered up. I firmly believe he was mind controlled in some way to be the pasty.
You know with Holmes, nobody in that theater saw him. They saw someone dressed head to toe in black with his face completely covered. Within minutes, the cops find Holmes standing calmly by his open trunk. He could have been there the whole time the shooting was going down.

The Port Arthur massacre in Australia is another bizarre mass murder that resulted in Australians being disarmed. It was all pinned on a young young with a very low IQ. This guy was supposed to have delivered something like 20 perfect head shots in as many seconds. IOW, a fucking ace marksman. The official story was bullshit.
As soon as I heard this Batman story break I KNEW it was about gun control. Before 9:00 the same day, Bloomberg (as anti American as it gets) was calling for Obama and Romney to demand gun control. The Beltway shooters and VA Tech didn't get the results they wanted and this shooting won't either, so expect more. I was greatly relieved when this Colorado shooting caused an immediate (40%) surge in firearm purchases in the state.

Why would that relieve you?
You're just happy that there are more weapons in the hands of potential loons?
The reason for the surge was because people are fearful that some sort of gun control law will be enacted in that state, so people are buying them now.
I have no problem with the idea of having guns to PROTECT yourself.
Assault weapons, to me, are difficult to define as 'home defense' weaponry.
There's got to be something that triggers a rigorous and thorough background check (and time consuming I might add) process when people express the desire to buy these weapons. I'm talking complete background check ( especially mental health) and I'd hope for at least a 6 month wait to get your clearance.
To the law-abiding citizen, sure, it's a hassle, but at the end of the day, they should be fine with what the process stands for.
BTW, this guy's assault weapon apparently jammed with only 60 or so of the 100 bullets fired. There would've been even more carnage. I don't know how 2 nd Amendment pros cannot at least see the sense in either banning sales of these weapons, or making it a very, very, VERY difficult process to procure one.
As far as I know, this guy, the guy that shot the AZ Rep, and Cho at Va Tech all got their weapons legally. Which means if you're deranged, it's still pretty easy to legally buy a gun.
Super.

Midwest Spy, you are arguing that people who have committed no crimes should have their rights infringed because of those who are criminals.
The point of the 2nd amendment is to be able to defend ourselves against government. It's not just self defense in the event of a break in at home. It is government who is the mass murderer. Disarm them.

Yes, I get the whole idea of the right to bear arms so a populace will not be crushed by a tyrannical govenment.
When you say government is the mass murderer, are you saying OUR government? Or are you referring to Syria, Egypt, Libya and countries like them?
As I stated earlier, there never will be any law that would ban guns. Won't happen. However, if there's potential legislation that would somehow make it more difficult/impossible for even ONE looney tune to ge their hands on a gun/ammo, while INCONVENIENCING law abiding citizens, then I'M FOR IT.

The reason the founding fathers wanted the people to have weapons similar to the military was twofold. The first is the militia or regular citizens are the absolute very last line of defense. Additionally they thought the government should fear the people not the other way around, thus assault weapons, which are not military grade, are the way of the ensuring the people can overthrow the government as Locke has noted needs to happen from time to time in human discourse.
Next, the large magazines or drums as we call them in the military when used with assault weapons like AK-47's and AR-15's are very unreliable and jam frequently. I could issue these to my Marines in the field but no one does because they jam and are a bitch to get unjammed. Plus with smaller magazines with practice can be exchanged in less than a second without jamming assuming the empty magazine is not retained, I know I have personally gotten this fast at one point. Some can even do it without losing their sustained fire rate.
As for Loughner in AZ, from what I understand he was identified by many to have had mental problems yet it went undiagnosed. People with schitzophrenia are not allowed to buy weapons. So, is the problem with the law or with getting people diagnosed?

Actually, in reading Duchess' post in another thread about the history of gun legislation, after Cho shot up Virginia Tech, there was supposed to be greater mental health screening (2008 law) that occurred before a gun purchase could be finalized. Apparently, if someone had any sort of mental health consultation, their name was supposed to be put on a National Registry, which would then be cross-referenced before the sale of a firearm.
If this is true (and what I'm advocating), people are slipping through the cracks. Sounds like the Aurora shooter (as well as Loughner) had mental issues that people knew of, yet somehow these guys legally purchased guns.
Who's accountable if this is indeed true?

Let me preface this by saying I didn't fact check, it's simply something I read recently...
...the guy that shot up the theater had sent his shrink a notebook detailing this shooting. I wasn't interested enough to look further in order to verify it so it could simply be rumor with no validity. IF it's true she bears some responsibility.

Agreed. Hopefully, someone's investigating exactly what she knew and when she knew it.

Sure, I include our government in that. Certainly not to the degree of the communists or Central and South American juntas but, yes, there have been abuses at home and wars of aggression ARE mass murder (no matter that it's justified in pursuit of empire).
If you have laws that prohibit "loonies" from getting weapons, the first thing you take into consideration is who is defining "loony". I guarantee it won't be limited to the batshit crazy. You are talking about PRE-CRIME, here, so what will be the criteria to strip certain people of their right to bear arms? Prior military service (Janet Napolitano and the Southern Poverty Law Center claim vets are potential 'domestic terrorists')? People who have taken anti depressants? Political dissidents? Tea party members (the left has tried to blame the Giffords shooting AND Aurora on the tea party (political opposition)?

If it's true.
We really don't know. It could be a total set up in order to advance an agenda (psychiatric testing in order to have a gun). We don't even know if Holmes actually shot those people. Maybe he did. Maybe he was mind fucked, doped up and positioned there by his car (where he passively waited) while someone else did it. False flags have been used to advance political agendas MANY times. He could have been mind controlled or he could be a pasty for all we know. One thing is certain: This event brought about the desired result - another massive push for gun control.

You're a borderline, psycho, conspiracy theorist. But let's not digress further in the crime forum, tin head.
