It just amused me thinking about your wife walking in on you taking pictures of honey, so sue me.

I agree, deep dish pizza sucks. Soft bread covered in tons of sauce and globs of toppings falling off in clumps is not what I look for in a pizza.

Thin crust, Italian sausage, medium cheese, heavy marinara, red pepper flakes (and sometimes jalapenos). A glass or two of Chianti = bonus.

Added: I love artichoke hearts on the side with pizza.

I lived in Texas for a bit. While they may know barbecue and tex-mex in those parts, they have absolute shit for pizza.

Just buy a can of anchovies and toss it on your own slice.

They're too overpowering for pizza imo. I don't mind them blended into a pasta sauce or ceasar dressing, however.

Most anchovies in a can are packed with oil. I'm lazy, I'd rather have the pizza place drain the excess oil off and cook them with the rest of the pizza.
