F2, I totally believe you when you say you wouldn't fuck Brad Pitt. I dont' find anything about him attractive. He is too much a pretty boy and I don't dig the scruffy look on him at all. Add in Angelina and he becomes nasty to me.
I can take or leave Katy Perry but I can bet all her money my kitty is cleaner.
I don't like pretty boys. He was hot in Thelma and Louis, but only then...
Now...Sam Elliott or Johnny Depp, that's a whole different ballgame.

Yea Brad was hot in T&L but then he lost it. Sam Elliott is hot. I dig Johnny Depp too but he is getting a little on the crazy side.
You know who used to be hot but is bordering on losing it is John Stamos. I used to totally drool over him. Now I'm seeing something weird there but I can't put my finger on it. I'd still do him though. LOL

Katy Perry is not nasty. Or ick.
I get a kick out of guys who'll state shit like that when IRL if she walked up and said 'let's go' they'd be all over it.
Oh yeah. We're all just like you.
Katy Perry is filthy. Just because you'd fuck her doesn't mean she's clean. Nasty. Ick. Sorry.
I get it.
Earning points with the ladies here.

I think its a shame what they did to Lance. They take a guy thats had cancer, all kinds of chemical treatments, had a nut removed and then are all "Oh Lookie Here, something is odd with his blood". Well no shit. The guy is also a genetic super human or he would be fuking dead. IMHO, he won the races fair and square. I would still shake his hand again. I met the guy at work a couple times, I worked with his mom in Dallas. He is a nice guy and I just don't think he cheated.

Is there any proof to back up their accusations?

The USADA says they are going to release everything eventually, so we'll see what they had. My guess is that it is all testimony from athletes already busted for doping that the USADA put pressure on to implicate Armstrong. They have also concocted some elaborate conspiracy theory on how many people worked together to help Armstrong dope... the number of people who would have had to keep their mouths shut about it for so long is beyond credibility. If there were any blood or doping proof evidence, Armstrong would have gone down well before this.
This is a witch hunt by an out of control non-profit run by a vindictive person in Tygart. He's been gunning for Armstrong for years.
Most telling in all this is the the international body is NOT stripping Armstrong's TDF titles, as they are the only body that could do that. In fact, they have been unofficially on Armstrong's side during this, and have been critical of the USADA's antics.

Tygart was on NPR yesterday. He stated that their physical evedence was the Scientific Proof of blood chemistry tampering, like what you see with doping.
The thing is, you get the same relics from any transfusion, chemo treatment or any other long term drug therapy.

Six, I understand your admiration for Lance.
However, he was a very well known cheater in the cycling community.
He quit fighting the allegations because he doesn't want the testimony of his fellow riders to be made public.

If that's the case why wasn't something done when it first began? Why didn't anyone say something then if it was so well known. Athletes wouldn't remain silent about cheating, let alone remain silent year after year. C'mon.
Not being argumentative...I feel the need to add that disclaimer for you.

People don't abandon their fight in such a public spectacle unless there is something they don't want being made public. They're calling it an admission of guilt and stripping him of his championships. That's not what an innocent person does...

It might just be that, after surviving cancer etc, hes just decided its not worth the time and effort, stress, money
etc anymore. Quality of life is paramount according to interviews with him. Maybe hes really just truly sick of the
time consuming, life sucking situation, and has chosen to walk away from it. Doesnt change my opinion about him.
He won 7 Tour De France's and more than gives back in time, money and effort with his charities. Anytime you rise
to the top, youre always gonna have people trying to tear you down.
You are missed...RIP Lady Cop

Bull. This is not a pickup basketball game, it's his life and legacy and reputation at stake. By backing away from the fight he loses all those championships; they've already said they consider this an admission of guilt and will strip him of all seven titles. It's not that he walks away unscathed and with his head held high, taking some kind of moral high ground against the haters.
He. Loses. Everything.
Endorsements, championships, legacy, reputation, honor. He's banned from professional cycling for life. Ask Pete Rose how comfortable that feels, twenty years later.
Everything.
That's not a fight you walk away from, no matter how tiresome it gets. He's quitting for one reason only: they got the goods on him, and he knows it. So far Armstrong has been arguing his case in the press where it's his word against theirs, but if it comes to a court situation and he denies using, that becomes perjury which is a criminal offense. He has to cut his losses now before he paints himself into a legal corner, and he knows that too.

From what I understand, his case would have been heard by a three-member arbitration panel. The panel would've considered all evidence and testimony (fellow riders/users).
It's a sad time for Lance, and he's certainly not the only one to use in his sport.
I'm with Donovan. You don't give up because you're 'tired' of fighting the allegations if they're not true. You give up because the sordid details are more than you really want revealed.

Hey Six, go back and check the facts. The French have been saying for years that he's been doping.

Sometimes people are just done. Lance could continue to fight this but to what end? It's clear there is never going to be an end to this. Sometimes a person just gets to the piont where they say to themselves hey I know what I did or didn't do. The people that love me know the truth. That is what is important and I am done fighting a fight that will never be won.
