Known several ladies had problems with belly button piercings that wouldn't heal.
Dr SIX was on the job, some folks its just not meant for. Others heal up with little or no inflamation or anything.

It took over a year for mine to heal.

I used to see this girl who was a cashier at my local drug store with a nose piercing and it was just plain nasty. It was always crusty and swollen and looked infected. She finally took it out and it healed up but she always had a scar there. It was not attractive.

My ear cartilage piercing took a year to heal. I could not believe it took that long.
